The hotel lobby was beautiful. One elevator was broken so it made if difficult and long going back and forth from room to lobby. It was a good locationl.
Only one elevator was working. Room was not real clean. I called and supposedly they recleaned but the furniture was dusty and dirty. Also door to room had some peculiar holes and I was told by front Desk hotel was in process to updating locks and entry by door. I was told not a safety risk. I had to call each day for housekeeping and clean towels. I felt hotel should clean and restock room daily.

Hotel centrally located to various restaurants, shopping and NOLA attractions
Only one elevator working all weekend and we had a wedding event in the hotel. Had to take stairs several times to avoid being tardy to events

The extra amenities were excellent. Rooftop pool and bar is a plus. The restaurant food and staff were excellent as well.

I liked the location. The Rooftop pool bartender’s were decent.
It’s dirty and very very outdated. The first room a dog was barking constantly the second room they moved me to was very dirty .. I mean very very dirty .
