Beautiful condo, very clean, lovely property and the outdoor area was great and weather was perfect. The only reason I gave a 3 star on accuracy of description was because it stated a heated pool, the pool was not heated and the hot tub was even colder.

My daughter got married on 9/9/23 on the beach in Corpus. We rented this beautiful condo for a long weekend and shared it with her new in-laws. It was absolutly the perfect gathering place for us and our adult children and our pups. The back/side yard was a wonderful place to sit and chat late into the evening. The pool was HUGE and very clean. A/C was super cold and about froze us out at night. LOL We even walked over to The Slip (local bar right behind the condo) the night after the ceremony. It was a fun little bar, friendly bar tender and locals. I highly recommend staying here. 5 outta 5 stars! Jim and Veronica were great with communication too! We want to come stay here again soon.

I do recommend this condo for west access to the beach and boat ramps. Plenty of room and clean. No hot tub as advertised but pool was pretty large.

Cute complex, assigned parking was wonderful, quiet at night, family friendly, condo was roomy, everything we needed for making meals, comfortable beds! We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

The condo was just as described, the location was great - close to everything and only 10 minutes a from the beach. The manager was very friendly and accommodating! Will defiantly stay here again!

Our family of 5 was comfortable with plenty of space, and plenty of bathrooms. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The beach was a 3 minute drive away, and the pool was clean and refreshing. The water hose on the front porch was very helpful for rinsing sand toys and shoes when coming back from the beach. We really enjoyed the stay here!

The location was convenient to multiple beaches, Mustang State Park, and Corpus for other attractions. The onsite pool was great for a relaxing break with our kids. Unit was clean and well kept. Owner and manager were responsive and helpful in preparations for our trip.

We enjoyed our stay! Our place was clean and maintained. We ran into a couple of small issues with blankets and the refrigerator but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. We appreciated the quick response to any communication. I will say that the community pool was kind of dirty but there were a lot of people there when we visited and I know this is not a responsibility of the owner. We will visit again!

My husband and our dog had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful, spacious, clean condo! Huge king bed, great full kitchen, TV at night. Really felt like a vacation! We took advantage of the pool too. Jim and Veronica responded instantly to any inquiry. We would stay here again!

Nice 2 story town house in community near beach on Padre Island. Although geographically close to the beach it is not walkable both due to distance and some road construction.

Nice 4 day stay for the family. All cooking amenities were there including a grill which we used a couple nights. Love the fact that most of the restaurants will cook you fresh fish (call ahead). Grounds around the property clean and pool kid friendly. Only thing to keep in mind with this unit is that it is split level and there are about 14 stairs between floors. I would stay here again with the family!

Dory Drive had everything we needed. Cute decor, clean with plenty of space for our group. Close in proximity to Whitecap Beach which was gorgeous! We were there for just one day in the off season and the weather was a bit cold and windy so didn't get to do a ton. We'll be back when the weather is warmer. Would be an awesome spring break get away.

We had a nearby event to attend so decided to make a weekend of it. There were 4 of us and it was just right for that number. Master bed was comfortable. Decor was nice. Liked that they had a number of things in the condo, like paper towels and toilet paper to get through the weekend. I liked that it has two parking spots assigned and you were only about a mile or so from the beach. Communication was good and check in was easy. I will say some things appeared to be aged, like towels and dishes. They could also use a deep cleaning. Condo was clean but there were things like when you pull the drawer for the stove out (bottom) it was covered in dust/cobwebs, as well as the ceiling fans and the fan in the bathroom was pretty dirty. I understand having a busy season but some stuff looked several seasons old. It was nice having the side yard but warning if you have pets there are stickerburs out there and we had to pick several out of our dogs feet. Overall we were happy with the place but just a few needed improvements.

I truly enjoyed my long weekend with my son, daughter in law and grands. This is a very spacious condo and the extra full bath downstairs is a plus. Very nice property with close proximity to the beach. The pool area was very nice, clean and quiet.

Really convenient location if you want to visit lots of different beaches in the area. The pool and playground were super fun for our kids. The place is comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was that the water pressure was low in the upstairs bathroom, and drain was slow in the downstairs bathroom. Everything else was good!

The house was nice and the AC works great. However, the floors were really really dirty and needed to be mopped. The disposal was not working when we got there but maybe they didn’t know. The pull out couch wasn’t the best. Over all it was a good start.
