Host was very responsive- had an issue with the air conditioning and someone came next day to repair. Unit was clean and had spectacular view

The condo development and staff were wonderful. I would recommend people be allowed to have a swim after 8pm. The condo had a great view however there were some very big issues with the cleanliness.
My husband and I had to clean out chunks of food out of the dishwasher and fix the dishwasher racks as they were broken. The washing machine detergent dispenser was covered in black mold. Rocio was pretty responsive and offered to send a cleaner over however I already cleaned the dispenser as best as I could.
The neighbours next door have two very yappy dogs and kept us up most nights for a few hours. Unfortunately this didn't stop most nights even after making a complaint. 3-4 hours of barking and you could hear it through the walls.
Other than all of that, our trip was great.
