About this apartment rental
Our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is beautiful!! We are original owners of this property and are happy to share it with you!!
If you have a large family or group and need more space, we have another condo next door! (vrbo # 428684) We can rent you one, or both condos. They each sleep 6 people.
We are located on Seven Mile Beach near many shops, restaurants, and activities. Our unit is on the second level, oceanfront!! Our huge porch is a perfect spot to have your morning coffee at sunrise, or watch the sailboats at sunset!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv with cable, beautiful built-ins and bathroom, and a large sliding glass door to the porch and views of the ocean and beach. The second and third bedrooms have a king size bed as well, and are close to the second bathroom. All mattress are top of the line and are made up with high quality linens, pillows and bedding. The living room also has a large sliding glass door to the porch. We have a spacious leather sectional and 65" Samsung flat screen smart tv with cable. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans, utensils, and dishes. You will be able to cook and prepare food just as if you were in your own kitchen. We have a full size washer and dryer for you to use as well.
The snorkeling is great right out in front of the condo, which makes it very easy to get out into the ocean and explore the reef. There is a close parking lot for your rental car, or a bus stop on the main road at our complex if you want to catch a ride. There are many restaurants, dive shops, t-shirt shops, an art gallery, grocery store, medical clinic and pharmacy, spa, and much more with in 5-15 minutes walking.
Our condo complex, Sunset Cove Condos, is very private and quiet. The beach and pool area are monitored for private use of the guests and renters only. You will not have a problem getting R&R here! The sandy beach is large with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and very few people. Explore the cove and you will find fish to enjoy! Or, just float on a raft and have a little nap (this is what I like to do!) The cove is a perfect place for kids to snorkel, and have a safe, easy, shallow place to learn and get used to the ocean.
There is a nice, large pool with a hot tub, and also a baby/toddler pool. If you get hungry, swim up to the bar/restaurant and grab a snack. Or, start up one of the grills and have a cook out!

We went for daily walks along the shore and this condo at Sunset Cove had the best beach, the fewest people, no annoying motorized jet skis or boats, (why are these ever allowed on such a beautiful beach at all?) beautiful water, snorkeling offshore, calm water, quiet, polite clientele. Walkable to grocery, several restaurants etc. Did not need a car. Bus was fun when we went exploring. We stayed second floor oceanfront. It had the best view. Our condo was immaculate. Soft new linen, great beds, clean everything. If I go back to GCI I would not stay anywhere else.

Great location, easy check in, accommodation were excellent. Super easy to walk to some great restaurants. Condo had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing week! The condo was very nice and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The weather wasn’t great so we spent a lot more time in our room than we normally would. With 5 adults and a 2 year old, we were all still very comfortable and had a wonderful vacation.

My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Heidi and Mark’s beautiful condo at Sunset Cove on gorgeous Seven Mile Beach and in a word it was exceptional!
My wife suggested a trip to Grand Cayman in order to celebrate my 50th birthday and I couldn’t have been more happy! I was able to go diving everyday! The dive company Living the Dream picked me up each morning from the condo parking lot and when I was finished diving, I came home to this beautiful condo. The condo has a huge balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. We ate lunch on the balcony every afternoon and then off to the lagoon for a long swim! We both loved it!
We also went on long walks together along beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The beach is accessible from the condo’s beach but there is a rocky area where you have to walk through the water, so I would suggest bringing water shoes, but we both really enjoyed the walk.
My wife doesn’t dive but she found plenty to enjoy while I was diving since the condo has a beautiful beach area and full use of the pools and amenities of the connected Margaritaville resort.
The condo itself was even better than what you see in the photos. Photos just can’t capture the beauty of the sunsets every evening from the balcony. The condo was even larger than we expected. It was only the two of us on our vacation, but the condo is very spacious and could easily accommodate a fairly large family or three couples.
Although there are many great restaurants within walking distance, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook at home. My wife was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the pots and pans and other utensils in the kitchen. Kirk's Market is within an easy walking distance for groceries.
There are many towels provided for use inside the condo as well as beach towels provided for use at the pool and the beach. The condo was spotless and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. We didn’t use the other bedrooms, but they both looked comfy as well.
Heidi was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to any inquiry I had and provided excellent information for our stay.
We loved our stay at Heidi and Mark’s gorgeous condo and give it our highest recommendation. If you are considering this condo for your next vacation, don’t hesitate, we could not have been happier with our choice.
