Located in Grayhawk, this attractive house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Super convenient location to the best that North Scottsdale has to offer! Ideal private luxury house inside Grayhawk community and walking distance to restaurants, bank, and Walgreens, etc. Inside Grayhawk, the Talon and Raptor golf course community of North Scottsdale and with access to the golf courses. Nearby, the Fairmont Princess Hotel/Resort, and some of the best restaurants (e.g., Barcelona, Mastro's steak house, Maggiano's, Capital Grill, Carlos Obriens, etc.). Only about a mile from the new 101 Promenade mall (theater with a dozen movies and the largest screen in Arizona, Red Robbin, Gordon Biersch, Whole Food Supermarket, Sportsmart, etc.), Nordstrom Rack. Luxury renovated four bedroom Grayhawk beauty, loaded with high powered heated (104 degree) spa for eight persons, fire table with seating, pool table, large shaded back yard, Weber gas grill, and pleasant birds. Outstanding outdoor features! A beautiful shaded oasis. Rare to find this much shade covering an entire large back yard. Also has a pleasant sounding 8 foot diameter water feature in addition to the spa. Inside, furnished with two King-size beds, two single beds, and a Queen-size sofa bed. Option to convert one king bed into two more single twin beds. Furniture, beds, bedding, sheets, pillows are new 2023. All carpets replaced with LVP floors. Two santa fe style leather couches and a matching super padded leather chair and ottoman for relaxing. Beautiful santa fe style southwest dining table. High speed broadband wireless internet access. Cable TV with 50+ channels. Luxurious dinner plates and utensils for entertaining. Fire table outside to eat/sit around enjoying a warming fire burning in the center. Garage parking for two cars, plus driveway parking for two cars. Please, no parking on street at night. Very easy to find. Home was in the middle of everything we wanted to visit and experience. Nice big rooms provided privacy for all. Although I will say, the leather couches and chairs are in dire need for replacement. Knees hitting my chest sort of thing. Having said that, I would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything.

The neighborhood is nice. The house was clean. Overall it's OK, especially since we didn't hang out there; we used it only for extra bedrooms for a big family gathering centered at another house. So we never used the kitchen, BBQ, hot tub or pool table. But the house furnishings are not OK - broken fixtures, like lamps, toilet paper holders, shades, shower controls and other items that could be easily fixed. The biggest dissatisfaction is that it is advertised as "4 bedrooms". But one of the "bedrooms" has no door, no closet and no bed (just a pullout couch). That seems disingenuous to me. Their taking liberties with the basic specs makes me doubt the property and, for the first time, I doubt Vrbo generally.

The kitchen was not well equipped, for example, there was only 1 sharp knife in the drawer and it was a paring knife. There were no instructions for such things as recycling or check out procedures. But the most disturbing failure was the the hot tub. It was not functional at all when we arrived. We found it dirty, cold, and not operational, nothing like photos in the listing. It took multiple calls and 2 days of lost use time before it was repaired with no offer of any compensation or reimbursement for the inconvenience.

Nice house and a great location, however it was advertised as a 4 bedroom but the 4th was a den with a sleeper sofa that was not acceptable for 4 older guys with old backs. Fortunately one bedroom had twin beds so we all had a place to sleep.

This property served our purposes fine. It is a good-sized home with all of the amenities in a quiet neighborhood close to a commercial area and easy access to highways.

We found the house to be clean and space was adequate in each of three full bedrooms. The master suite was a great area for the only couple in the group. The yard is absolutely perfect with great light on the corner lot. The large trees gave just enough shade from the ever present AZ sun. The pool table was a plus for "the boys" to shoot the sh__ . We walked to the Grayhawk plaza for supplies and a meal at the burger joint, probably under 5 min. away. The kitchen has plenty of space and supplies enough hardware to cook anything.

Needs TLC
The floor plan worked well for our family and the pool table was a nice bonus. It was nice too to be close to the stores for grocereys and quick meals.
However there were also disssapointments as well:
1. The spa was dirty and not useable.
2. The kitchen was not adequately supplied. There was no can opener and inadequate items to meet the needs of a larger group.
3. The pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
This is a nice home that needs TLC.

Great House!
This was our first time using VRBO to book a vacation home, and the entire process was quite easy. The house itself was clean and spacious, although a bit outdated. However, that's not to say it wasn't comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and well maintained. A nice perk of the house location was the proximity to local amenities including shopping, restaurants and golfing.

Potential lost
This house had great potential, unfortunately it is in serious need of updating and a thorough cleaning. We called for maintenance the first day we arrived to fix various things including a moldy shower curtain, and gum stuck on the top of the shower. The dryer was never functional, nor was the spa - it never heated and the jets came on whenever and this was after the guy came to drain it and clean it! On our first day in the house we felt everything we had to phone and get addressed should have been things that should have been addressed prior to our arrival as part of a customer centered business. The feeling we left with was that it was a take it or leave it approach to renting the house.

The pictures don't do this place justice. They need new pool table sticks though! The back bathroom toilet hangs if you don't jiggle it too.

Very good house for parties of 4-6 people, close to many areas around town. Very nice area, community is safe and welcoming. Backyard has a nice hot tub and sitting area for the evening. Highly recommended!

The kitchen was functional if somewhat cheaply appointed. Grill was nice, as was the backyard space (although it was raining for much of our visit so we didn't spend much time out there). Beds were absolutely terrible; very low end mattresses. All the linens were clean and in decent shape.
Reasonably furnished and good wi-fi. Overall, it worked fine, and for the price range in the area for the dates we wanted, was in the lower half of the prices for houses this size. Would probably not stay here again with this group, simply because of the beds.
