About this house rental
Located in Hot Springs, this attractive house for $190 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This urban 4 Br/3Ba home has many elegant updated features with a huge outdoor space, including a double-layered wrap around deck, with a screened-in porch area as well as a hot tub and gas grill. There is a basketball half-court, playground and fire pit in the backyard. New heat/air system with controls on all levels of the house for maximum comfort. New carpet in the bedrooms. 4 large bedrooms include: The master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed has a separate dressing area and the master bath has a new walk-in shower with bench seat. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and one twin bed Bedroom #3 has queen bed with memory foam mattress. and a pack-n-play with other items great for a baby (bouncy seat, walker, toys and blankets) Bedroom #4 is isolated downstairs, could be considered a 2nd master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed with a bathroom with shower next door. Air mattress available upon request for more than 8 guest. Bay windows in the breakfast area offers a majestic view of Hot Springs Mountains. Also, has a formal dining room. Very private area within the city, located on a dead-end street. Shopping is within walking distance of only one block. Oaklawn track is about a mile away. This huge home is perfect for a large family retreat or a romantic getaway. I charge a refundable deductible so VRBO will not charge you the non-refundable damage. For week (7 days) booking The discount equals more than a day free of charge.

Donna is readily available for any questions or concerns. She asked if we need a kennel for our pups but we already had one in tow! We appreciated her southern hospitality! The home is spacious and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub- what an experience and we left your home a little sad that our vacay was over! Back to our home state of Texas where our busy lives are waiting on us…….

Trip over to see the Christmas lights at Garvan Woodland Gardens! Fabulous! Great place to stay - plenty of room, great common spaces! Adults enjoyed the hot tub and kids took advantage of the playground in the back yard!! Definitely recommend!

Large, quiet house with plenty of space. Clean. Enjoyed our stay there. It was convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit. Just a heads up, there are two flights of stairs from the deck down to the large fenced in backyard. Something to consider if you have a dog with mobility or vision issues. Our old dog needed us to light the stairs with a flashlight after dark. Once down, he loved the backyard.

My husband and I stayed with our fur baby who loved the huge backyard.
The deck and the house were well maintained and the decor was tasteful and pretty.
There are a lot of level changes both on the deck to get to the yard, and in the house. This was not a problem for us, and there are handrails for all of it.
We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. This property is near restaurants and retail yet it has a wonderful country feel. It was the best of both worlds. The pictures and description matched it exactly. It was even better in person. If we had to make any suggestions it would be to add landscape lighting to the backyard because it gets very dark at night. When we took our pup out in the evening we had to use flashlights. This was not a big deal, and there are lights for the deck. But once you're in the yard, the deck lights aren't quite enough.
All in all a great property and a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back!

Overall, house had almost everything we needed. Hooks in the bathroom and in the foyer would have been nice. Driveway is steep and screened in porch was not usable. Communication with the host was great.

Everything was clean. House is spacious so it felt like we could all be together or apart if wanted. Donna provided games and some movies. Also a few books. The backyard was beautiful. The hot tub was warmed up and ready to slide into. Perfect vacation place. I would come again

Our overall stay was good. Donna was responsive to our needs. The bedrooms were a great size and could have easily accommodated king size beds which we all wished they had been. Bedspreads seemed too small for some of the beds. The downstairs shower is EXTREMELY small! Food was left in the fridge and freezer. A note in the freezer door said”Please feel free to use any food left in fridge”. Don’t think most folks want to eat leftovers from folks they don’t know - we did not. We expected the fridge & freezer to be emptied and wiped down between occupancy. We would stay here again, but would LOVE king size beds and would expect a sanitized fridge. Thanks!

You can't beat the location of the house. It is literally close to everything. You could walk to Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Purple Cow, Panda Express, and 5 minutes away from Oaklawn! My family and I stayed for my mother's birthday, and we all absolutely loved the house. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 15 yr old, and 4 kiddos under the age of 5. Donna was great with communication, and we didn't have a problem at all with the house. Thank you and we'll most likely stay again!

This property was just what my family needed! Everyone had their own bedroom which was great when we'd had to much togetherness. My granddaughter LOVED the swing in the backyard. Would definitely rent this property again.

The house had a lot of space to spread out. We had 4 adults and 3 dogs so that was nice. There are a few things that could be updated or replaced (pans in kitchen). The backyard was large and great for the dogs to run around. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for two families to share. It’s was my family of four and another family of four in the house. The two couples had the master suites and the two girls shared a room and the two boys shared. Check in process was absolutely a breeze!! The house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The house is in a great location I don’t think we traveled more than 7 miles to go do anything! We were in town for a softball tournament and the fields were 2 miles away which was wonderful. Lots of restaurants around the area and Walmart is close! We put the gas grill to use one night and it was great as well live the porch on the back! Hot tub was a plus!!
Only negative things I have to say which I don’t think is really negative just a little FYI for anyone looking, there is only one tv in the whole house, it is in the living room, no tvs in the room which again was not a deal breaker for us at all, just giving information for anyone planning on going with lots of kids who might love tv. We weren’t really home enough for it to bother us. One other thing is we were there in the dead of summer in mid July, the a/c seems to have a difficult time to keep up with the heat. At night it was perfectly fine whatever we set it at it would stay but in the day it would be a good 5-8 degrees higher than what we had it at! But again not a huge deal as to we were at the fields a lot during the day!! All in all we had a fabulous time and would stay at the house anytime we visit Hot Springs again!!

My brother and I brought our families to stay for the week. 4 adults and 5 children. Very central location. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Hut tub was great. Only complaint is to get the basketball goal fixed and the play place repaired. Not kid friendly at this time.

Donna’s property is very liveable. Great home layout for our two couples and pets. Huge, fenced back yard that is great for pets, kids playing, fire pit and hot tub.

Plenty of room in the house for all 7 of us. Kitchen had all utensils needed. Three bathrooms came in very handy with 7 women.
The only thing is the driveway was VERY steep and could not use the garage due to owner uses it as storage
