Located on Josephine Street- this home offers five bedrooms, a 2nd level family room w/ flat-screen TV, 4.5 bathrooms, private parking, comfortable sleeping for 14 people, a large rear patio w/ propane grill, free Wi-Fi, and walking distance to the beach. This home offers all the amenities like a home, large balcony off the 2nd level family room, comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings throughout, bottom floor primary bedroom w/ flat-screen TV, Cuisinart, and Keurig coffee makers, dining for eight people plus a large island for additional seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and outdoor shower. Enjoy the amenities of a brand-new home during your vacation. Just park and walk to either beach of your choice. LOCATION: This home is centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach in Dodd's Addition. Just .4 miles to Dewey Beach on Cullen St and only .7 miles to the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk on New Castle St. Enjoy and experience both beaches! Downtown Dewey Beach is a very easy walk, only .6 miles from home. Downtown Rehoboth Ave is only 1.2 miles from the house, cutting through Silver Lake for an easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. Silver Lake is another fantastic location with beautiful walking paths, a picturesque freshwater pond designed for waterfowl preservation, and home to many wildlife creatures. It's great fun for the kids to see and experience. Walking distance to many fun adventures and amenities like Just in Thyme restaurant, fresh produce stands, liquor stores, and much more. PARKING: Private driveway for four cars. AMENITIES: Rear patio with gas grill, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in. THINGS TO KNOW: Saturday-Saturday rental. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No pets and no smoking!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This house was a great spot for a late-season friends' getaway to the beach. The property was clean, the bedroom-bathroom setup worked well for our group, the kitchen was well stocked for family meals, and the living room sectional couch is quite comfortable. We found the grill in pretty rough shape and had to really work to get the grates clean enough to use. Only half of the bathrooms had toilet paper, and there was no dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was as advertised, and we had a wonderful weekend. We'd book this house again.

Someone should take an inventory. An inventory would be helpful— of kitchen including dish soap - dish towels, utensils to cook with, dishwasher soap,, a whole closet of condiments was there(but brought it all so few cups and less garbage cookware,

Wonderful & spacious beach house
This house was perfect! It had plenty of space, a stocked kitchen (which I've found to be pretty rare at rental homes), and a beautiful setup. It was walking distance to the beach, and Dewey and Rehoboth were both very accessible.
I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone looking for a rental for a big group!

This was a lovely house. The furnishings were nice and everything was clean. We were so pleased to have the large kitchen to work in. There was room for everyone.
It wouldn't be a comfortable walk to the beach if you were lugging your stuff, but it's nice walking distance if you're just out for a stroll. The property is a very close drive to many things.
You can't really tell from the picture, but the driveway is loose stones. It was hard for one of our family members with mobility issues to navigate, but we managed.

We had a great time! The house fit 14 comfortably. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone. The location was good. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only negative is the garbage was only picked up once and we had a lot of garbage with 14. Other than that it was great!!

This is a beautiful house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Located minutes from the beach and main street of Rehoboth. Highly recommended!

Would stay again
House is beautiful and clean. We had 9 guests and all fit very comfortably. Very close to shops and beach, however not within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay!

Awesome house in Rehobeth thats spacious and cozy. Walking distance to Dewey bars, Rehobeth Ave, and the beach. Definitely would recommend

Overall experience was great, Rehoboth Beach is beautiful and the home was comfortable and roomy for a large crowd.

This was a very nice family house for me and 5 adult children/spouses. Plenty of space and the kitchen is enormous! Bring book lights for bed - there are no reading lights in the master and only one night table. Overhead light isn't bright enough. House had everything we needed except there were few cleaning supplies to pick up at the end so bring your own. It was a hike to the beach but if we drove our supplies (and the pregnant one) down then someone returned the car. But the walking distance was great for exercise and it was easy to walk to the beaches without gear or to the restaurants in Dewey at night. The outlet malls and no sales tax(!) was a great surprise! Traffic is crazy so we shopped later in the evening with no problem. So much to do in this area - we golfed, visited breweries, shopped, beach, ate out! Could have used a few more days....

Beautiful house with plenty of space
Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend with 11 girls and the house was great - we took full advantage of the fireplace and the huge kitchen. Great location too! The only criticism was that the house was really really cold, and the bunk bed in the bunk room was v wobbly. Overall a great house and everyone has a great time!

The walk to the beach isn't terrible but you would want something with wheels if you have small children or a lot of stuff. If you are okay with no water views than this is a great house.

Great stay!
Great place for our group of couples/friends to catch up and enjoy the beach! The property is extremely spacious with a wonderful common area on first and second floor as well as outdoor space. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and to downtown Dewey about 10-15 minutes. Close to route one but you don't hear the street at all! Would definitely recommend.

Awesome!
The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a family of 10 which included 2- 7 year old boys. Location was wonderful and the house definitely made our vacation a memorable one! Kitchen came equipped with everything you need to make wonderful meals and not need to buy anything you already have at home. Home has 2 coffee makers. Cuisinart coffee pot maker and a keurig. Grill is a propane grill which was convenient.
We will definitely try to seek this home again next year!!!
