Puerto Rico is open for tourism! Beaches, restaurants and casinos OPEN for business!No COVID restrictions - no PASSPORT needed! This condo was originally a 3 bedroom - it has been converted to a large 2 bedroom featuring 2 living areas, open kitchen, 2 full baths, and an extra large balcony viewing the beach. This condo does not have the compressor for air on the porch - it’s extra enjoyable just hearing the ocean and not the noise of the machine - all other condos have the air conditioners on their balconies! Located in ESJ Towers building right next door to the El San Juan Hotel and Casino. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your private balcony. Relax in the formal living room, furnished with a leather couch and lounge chair. Or cozy up in the rec room with a new smart TV. We also just bought a new air unit fall of 2020. Condo fully equipped with all amenities of home including pots, pans, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, toaster oven, wine and champagne glasses, everyday and formal dish ware, cast iron pans, and much more. The remodeled gym located on B-1 level features new weights, machines abs cardio equipment. Lobby bar currently not open - feel free to relax in updates lobby on your computer or with your favorite drink. Full wireless service in lobby (and in condo). The game room is open for the kids - featuring a pool and ping pong table - located in the lobby. Pool and hot tub currently under repair. Ask about our unit next door(# 895230) which can be rented as well if you have a party of up to 12! You can have 4 large bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 living areas, 2 balcony’s and 2 chef friendly kitchens if you rent both at the same time! Our 2 condos are next to each other - with a common foyer. Located just minutes from the San Juan airport, these Gorgeous condos offer super-easy access from the states and provides numerous amenities the whole family can enjoy! Our first unit (176) boasts 2 bed/2full (one handicapped accessible) remodeled baths, formal living area with leather furniture, updated kitchen and a new smart TV. This unit has 2 living room areas! Judy was a dream to work with. When we had questions, she immediately responded and helped us out. The condo was clean. Proximity and view of the beach/ocean is great. We loved hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean and listening to the waves. And, we took a couple of excursions - El Yonque and Bioluminescent Bay kayak tour. I highly recommend those. Thank you Judy for a wonderful stay and your attentive service!

Isla Verde Beach Condo
This property was perfect for our family (2 adults & 2 teens- 17 yr) and our friends who visited for two nights (1 adult & 2 teens 16 & 14). This condo was amazingly clean, well organized, with any and every amenity you need for an 8 night stay. It was very spacious, and had room for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. Having both a separate living room and a den gave the adults & teens some much needed space. The kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan, or gadget needed to cook/bake anything. Full size coffee maker and brand new fridge with ice maker were nice! Look in the pantry before you go to the store, there were some seasonings and coffee filters already there. Washer & Dryer are brand new too. Judy provides tons of extra linens, bath & beach towels!! Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys are out on the balcony.
The balcony faces the beach and has a gorgeous view, and it's the lowest floor in the building which allowed us to take the stairs or the elevator for easy access to the lobby, beach and one covered parking spot. The lobby of the hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and game room with ping pong & pool table (our teens loved this!) The beach, condo and surrounding neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There are umbrella & chair rentals, as well as jet ski & parasailing, and food vendors right in front of the condo. The beach is safe and clean, and we felt comfortable letting the teens go out on their own. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery & CVS within walking distance. This was the perfect location to explore San Juan, Loiza, Loquillo, Rio Grand, El Yunque and take snorkeling & bioluminescent excursions out of Fajardo.
The owner, Judy, is very responsive and has thought of everything to make renting her home very enjoyable. Thank you, Judy, we will be back!

great place on beach
This place is in a great location on the beach. Condo is very roomy and my family's favorite place was the balcony!! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. Judy was great with getting back to me with all my questions. Will definitely stay again!!

Puerto Rico Paradise
Judy was extremely responsive to any questions we had before our trip. Check in instructions and a list of favorite restaurants was sent ahead of time. We arrived late at night, but check in was very easy and Judy touched base the next day to make sure everything was ok. The view from the balcony was beautiful and beach access was just steps away. We were able to use beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and other items which made our trips to the beach very easy. The location was PERFECT! We decided not to rent a car and there were many restaurants and a large grocery within walking distance. We used Uber and Taxis for any farther trips we wanted to take. The property looked just like it did in the listing and we were very pleased with all of the amenities. Thank you Judy for sharing your property with us. Our family of 5 had a wonderful trip celebrating my daughter's high school graduation! Great memories until next time!

After having a stressful situation with a different property canceling on us last minute, we were so lucky to have found this property! The location is ideal, right on the beach with a magnificent view from the balcony! The condo is supplied with anything you may need, including a full kitchen appliances, beach towels, chairs and beach toys for the kids!! The communication with the owner was great, she was ready to help anytime, which you don't always find with other owners who ignore you the moment you have a concern. Only minor things could be improved as far as upgrading the bedrooms a bit, and improving the water heater - it went from super hot to super cold frequently. But overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Comfortable Stay w/ A Great View!
After having a stressful situation with a different property canceling on us last minute, we were so lucky to have found this property! The location is ideal, right on the beach with a magnificent view from the balcony! Couldn't have had a better experience
This was our first time using VRBO and the experience couldn't have been better. Great communication, amazing property, an absolutely incredible week. Location is great, not too busy, not far from everything the island has to offer and in a great neighborhood. The pool was closed, but honestly, we didn't care and wouldn't have used it anyway. The ocean is litteraly right out the door!! Great swimming, amazing beach... all i can say is thank you for sharing your property that allowed our family to have the trip of a lifetime!!! If we come back to Puerto Rico, there is no doubt, we will stay here again!!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location
We stayed for a week as a family of four and it was a pleasure! The place is large and beautiful with a perfect location right on the beach and private beach access, a parking space in the garage, wonderfully equipped down to things like beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, let alone things like a fully stocked kitchen in terms of kitchen equipment, lots of towels etc. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store a very short drive away. I would 100% stay again if we came back to San Juan.
PS at the time we were staying, the pool was closed for repairs but it did not matter to us because the beach is right there, not crowded and great for swimming/water play for the kids.

I would recommend Judy’s condo to anyone who just wants to get away and relax. It is perfect. We sat on the balcony every morning and had our coffee and listened to the ocean and watch the early morning activity starting on the beach. It was the best view ever. Beautiful condo!
Judith has a really nice condo right on the beach. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Judith answered all our questions promptly. Back in frigid Minnesota and really missing the relaxing balcony right now.

Great location and very responsive host.
Overall experience was great. Would have liked a bit more light as the only large windows were in the balcony/ living room area.
The apartment was meticulously maintained, beds very comfortable and condo had great access to beach and local establishments.
All COVID safety regulations were in place as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very spacious and clean, and truly had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Judy provided all of the information we needed and was very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying here!!

The condo is located on Isla Verde Avenue in ESJ Towers/ESJ Azul. I have been staying at ESJ since I was 8 years olds. For years, we would rent rooms through the hotel, then we began renting condos through HomeAway, which is now VRBO, and this is by far the best condo I have rented. If I could give Judy and the property 100 stars I would, but alas, I could only give it 5. There are so many wonderful things to say about Judy and the condo….First off Judy is amazing, answered all of my questions before arrival, and gave tons of helpful tips during our stay. She is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Judy was able to arrange an early check-in for us and called me the night before our departure to see if I wanted to stay later since she did not have any guests arriving that day. As soon as I walked into the condo, I felt a sense of calm and peace. The open layout is great and the apt just flows. My mom and aunts took the first bedroom which sleeps 4 and they were all comfortable. My mom who is super picky about mattresses said she had never slept so well on vacation. I took the master bedroom with the king-sized bed and pull-out bed for myself and my three children, aged 18, 12, and 2. The room is very spacious and has a full-sized bathroom, which is great to have, especially when you have a toddler who is potty training and wakes up at all times of the night to use the bathroom. Said toddler also decided to wake up extra early during our vacation because he wanted to “go outside, see the sun wake up, and look at the beach.” The balcony was an added bonus to our wonderful stay. We were able to sit there during the wee hours of the morning and night to watch the waves and hear the ocean. The peacefulness created by the ocean view was priceless. Stored on the balcony are beach toys, beach chairs, and coolers we were able to use during our stay provided by Judy. This was perfect because of course, I forgot our toys and we did not have to run out and buy any for our beach days. There is also a full kitchen and dining room perfect for nights you want to just cook and stay in. The apt is located on the 1st floor, which is great since it is the same floor the pool is on. The condo also has a washer and dryer, which was great since I HATE taking dirty clothes back home and it saved me the trip to the basement. There were 8 of us on this trip and I can honestly say all 8 of us were very comfortable and happy with the accommodations.

My stay was perfect here and the pictures are accurate. The place was very spacious for our party and were grateful for the amenities that were offered.
Some feedback:
1) the drainage in one of the bathrooms needs to be fixed
2) the water temperature in the smaller bathroom is hard to figure out.
3) it's hard to figure out how to turn on the lights all over the home.
4) the patio lights in the balcony don't work or difficult to figure out how it works.
These are minor things that can be fixed however it didn't take from the experience.

We ran into a few problems but the owner of the property Judy was on top of it all and helped us to get everything straightened out. She even gave me and my friends tips on where to go and what to do around the area. She was always available to help in any and all scenarios. The place was just like the pictures and exactly what we wanted! Cant describe the view we had in the mornings. We will def be going back again!! Thank you so much Judy, you’re the best!!!

Judy was an absolute please it’s to rent from! Will definitely rent again and recommend!!! We had a party of 8 and everything was provided and easy to navigate. Great condo on the beach
Perfect condo overlooking the beach. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a home away from home. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 children.

Great stay at Isla Verde
We had a great stay at our rental. It was clean and nicely furnished. It also had nice extra touches such as beach chairs and a newly remodeled bath. The owner was very available. Would definitely consider another stay there in the future.

Home away from home
Check in was super simple, and when we came in any band everything you could think of that’s you may need for a short stay was there. We could make a short trip to the grocery store and had everything we needed to prepare family dinners. We were a short walking distance from everything and if we couldn’t walk to it it was just a short Uber ride away. We will definitely be visiting again and hope this property will be available for our next stay.
