We’re also committed to keeping our beautiful island environment as pristine as possible. The property is powered by solar energy, and we actively recycle during your stay, helping reduce waste and our environmental footprint.
The spacious property offers complete privacy, with no neighbors in sight and room to truly relax.
Your accommodations are in a private, self-contained ohana (guest suite) attached to the main home, with its own entrance, kitchen, and dedicated parking.

Nice spot out of town. Easy to get around. More spacious than expected. The Vrbo listing indicates a washer and communal pool. Neither were correct. Sandra was so nice she offered to do our laundry! The roosters will wake you in the morning and the wild birds will sing you to sleep.

Wow, wow, wow! Absolutely perfect stay! Great for visiting Kona w/o the resort feels…!!! Home away from home for sure! Pineapples, mangos, starfruit, and more grow in their private garden, and if u ask nicely u can try them!!! I will miss u too Mango (cat)!!!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and "loved". Sandy's place is an oasis within the paradise of the Big Island.... Get ready for a soft landing and a lovely stay.
Everything about her property reflects the comfort and care she extends in taking care of her guests. Thoughtful touches abound (Kona coffee in the kitchen!)-- super comfortable bed. Great location (near beaches, airport and downtown Kona)and everything Is IMMACULATELY clean.
