About this house rental

Nestled in East Nashville, this charming house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Although this East Nashville area home sits in the middle of nature with a huge park and paved trails right in its backyard, it is just minutes away from some of Nashville's hottest establishments including nationally recognized restaurants, music venues, bars, and eclectic shops. It's not far from Downtown Nashville and also less than 10 minutes to the Opry area. If you want to live like a local and enjoy the outdoors, you'll love it here. This completely renovated 2,200+ square foot 4 bedroom home has a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, huge living room plus den, four bedrooms including a large primary suite with a freshly remodeled spa-like bathroom, and one additional full bathroom. Light pours into the living space as windows overlook the scenic park. Fully stocked kitchen sits between the dining room and exterior deck for easy access for those who wish to entertain. A deck looks privately onto the huge and luscious trees of Shelby Bottoms Park with owls, rabbits, tree frogs, and deer making frequent appearances in the backyard. As the Cumberland River is right around the corner, the General Jackson riverboat cruise can be heard in the distance with its lively music. Guests have access to the full house, yard, off street parking in the driveway, and direct entrance into the Shelby Bottoms Greenways. The Greenways are miles and miles of paved biking and walking trails extending throughout East Nashville all the way to Downtown Nashville, plus over to the Donelson/Opry areas, Mount Juliet, and beyond. Everybody from marathon runners to competitive cyclists to families taking leisurely strolls enjoy the tree-lined paths along the river, and hiking trails add a little diversion to the paths. Free wi-fi and cable are provided, with a large flat screen in the living room. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave), a toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, pots/pans, and spices. A new full-sized washer and dryer is available to guests free of charge, and is convenient to the four bedrooms. The reason we purchased this home was because it seemed to be the perfect blend between having city conveniences with wide open spaces and nature in the backyard. Megan is a city girl, Adam is more of a country loving boy, and this awesome location fulfilled both needs. The Greenways are amazing and having the river within steps helped calm our desire to be near water. Riverside Village is less than a five minute drive and includes: 1. Nationally recognized Mitchell Deli, which was featured on TLC's America's Best Sandwich. 2. Village Pub neighborhood bar with locally famous Moscow Mules and pretzel sandwiches. 3. Dose Cafe and Dram Bar serves excellent food, coffee, plus cocktails, and is a great place to work remotely. 4. Castrillo's Pizza with by the slice during the day and delivery at night. 5. Lou is renowned for brunch and dinner. 6. Riverside Pharmacy for medical needs or items you forgot to pack, plus a doctor's office next door that allows walk ins. East Nashville's gorgeous historic neighborhoods, nationally recognized restaurants, music venues, and bars are an easy few minute drive or Uber/Lyft/Cab ride away. Getting around Downtown Bus transportation can be accessed at Cooper Ln and McGavock. Cab rides from downtown Nashville run about $15-$20 Lyft is available in Nashville as is Uber ((website hidden)). Download the app for ride tracking. Nashville also has a Bicycle program and with the Greenways that can be used from getting to and from the house to downtown and beyond: (website hidden) Other Things to Note Available is a charcoal BBQ. We spent a long family weekend at this property. The house was as advertised. Very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The nearby greenway was a great place to hike and provided my 6 year old vacation and all of us a place to walk, burn energy, see many deer and birds. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the most livable places we have stayed. I would highly recommend this property.
