Located in Georgia, this lovely cabin for $187 per night is a great option for your next trip. Bearfoot Cabin is our largest cabin, perfect for accommodating up to eight guests. It isn't an overstatement to say it has year-round mountain views to die for. It is easily accessible in any vehicle. With three spacious bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms downstairs with a downstairs full bathroom, and a king master bedroom upstairs with its own spacious bathroom and private balcony, everyone will have their own comfortable space. Additionally, there is a loft area with a convenient half bath, complete with a daybed and trundle. For entertainment, there are two TVs with cable, one in the 50-inch Smart TV in the den and another in the master bedroom. The cabin is Wi-Fi ready and has strong cell phone signals. The fully stocked kitchen ensures that all your cooking needs are taken care of, allowing you to enjoy meals in the comfort of the cabin. Additionally, it has a woodburning fireplace for your enjoyment. Outside, the cabin boasts an oversized deck with ample seating options, an outdoor table and chairs, a large charcoal grill, and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of activities. There is plenty of room to roam on the property along with an outdoor firepit to enjoy friendship and smores. This beautiful mountain cabin offers the opportunity for you to let all your cares wash away whether it be for a romantic get-away, a wonderful family experience, or a time with friends. Just fifteen minutes from Blue Ridge, GA, Bearfoot Cabin is sitting at 2,200 ft. with year-round viewing of the peaks and valleys of Rich Mountain Wilderness at 4,100 ft. This cabin was built in 2014 and stands out in comparison to other cabins regarding comfort and layout, location, mountain views, and meticulous thought with regard to decor and is always clean. The road is paved all the way to our cabin making it easily accessible in any vehicle. We like to say, "so close, yet so far away!" While you are only minutes away from Blue Ridge and Ellijay, GA., as you drive to the cabin, you will discover a whole new world. While you are here, don't miss the incredible outdoor experiences, browsing and shopping in Blue Ridge or Ellijay just minutes away, or enjoy some of the finest dining experiences in the south. Hiking is at your backdoor as the Benton McKaye Trail, a feeder trail for the Appalachian Trail, literally runs throughout community. Enjoy fishing in the community on one of its many small lakes. Within twenty-five minutes you can enjoy the outdoor experiences within the Aska Adventure Area including hiking, waterfalls, and tubing. If you enjoy lakes, don't miss Blue Ridge Lake moments away. If you are in for a hardy rafting experience, the Ocoee is less than an hour. The cabin and view were great. Very close to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We were traveling with 4 kids and they really enjoyed the hot tub . If you are looking for a cabin with separate spaces for kids and adults to hang out, I wouldn’t recommend this one, but it was fine for 2 nights.

This house is so comfortable, is immaculately clean, is very private, and is close to Blue Ridge and Elijah. The view of the mountains is so beautiful from the large deck…perfect place for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We’ve stayed here twice and will most certainly be back again.

Our 5-night stay at Bearfoot Cabin was wonderful! The cabin was so beautiful, cozy, and welcoming and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, especially with the fall colors on display! Mornings with coffee on the porch were so good for the soul! If you are looking for a place to relax your body and refresh your spirit, this is the perfect place to stay!

This place is amazing! So clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Loved our own space with the master bedroom and bath with the deck attached. The deck and hot tub were our favorite places. We ate our meals outside and cooked on the grill. Perfect Tv and streaming channels to watch movies at night with the kids to wind down the evenings.
We loved that it was close to town also. We visited Fall Branch Falls and Fort Mountain Lookout. The views were amazing!! We also saw 9 deer and turkeys while staying on the property!
Mr. Brinkley was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to us also!! We highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!!

This cabin is high in the hills and has a beautiful view through the woods looking out at the mountains. It’s very secluded. We enjoyed spending time on the porch looking at the view. We were surprised that there was no soap provided in the bathrooms- maybe I should have read the listing better? The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bed was okay. The bedroom below the master suite can hear foot traffic and muffled conversation from the upstairs room. The house was fine and we would go back again.

There aren’t words for the incredible vacation we just had together in this home. Clean is an understatement. Spotless! So organized. Has everything you could possibly need! My son made brownies because we had all the tools to do it. Views are incredible. I can’t say enough great things. We will be back! Book it - you’ll enjoy every second.

A group of friends and I stayed for a weekend away and it was fantastic. I can’t think of anything that we needed in the kitchen or bathroom that wasn’t supplied. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and chat without feeling like we were cramped. And the view? It was amazing! We enjoyed the large porch, the outside dining area, hot tub and fire pit. There was plenty of parking for 3 cars and could have probably fit one or two more if needed. There was plenty of privacy and we got to see several species of birds, a buck and a doe. It was unanimous that this be our go to spot if it’s available for our next girls weekend!

The cabin is definitely in the mountains, it is a long drive up the mountain to get there. (After driving up and down the mountains a few time it didn't seem nearly as lone as the first time we drove up.) We saw several deer on the way up and almost every day deer came through the property.
The house was very clean and everything we could have needed was provided. The kitchen and living room are compact so it was cozy and easy to manipulate around. Several games were provided although we kept pretty busy so we didn't play any. Did not have one problem with the internet, it was fast and smooth. The place was easy to keep cool and comfy. The beds were all comfortable and everyone slept very well; being in the mountains could have help with sleeping so good.
We did not use the hot tub but it was on the deck with easy access where you could sit in it and enjoy the mountain view and the stars at night.
Matt was very quick to respond if we had any issues. I had a problem getting the bear proof trash can to lock and his maintenance man was there and fixed it within the hour.
This was a trip with four senior women for a weekly getaway, so having two bedrooms on the main level for the two that had issues getting around was perfect.
Thank you Matt for a wonderful week, we all had a wonderful time and we will be back!

We spent an extended Memorial Day weekend, and it was perfect! The cabin was very clean and the pictures on the listing did a great job of showing exactly what to expect. We had a blast on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, hiked a little to a local waterfall, and went hard cider tasting at Reece's Cider Co. To our surprise, there was an art fair over the weekend in downtown Blue Ridge with a ton of shopping and eating options. We planned to go out and do more, but this cabin and the back porch views made us glad to stay put and relax. Fantastic Cabin! Fantastic Views! We recommend 100%! PS: the drive up is no problem at all!

This cabin was clean and cozy and well located. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only drawback is that we had to haul our own garbage to the dump each day. The closest waste center was nearly twenty mins away! The explanation was that there were bears who could get in the trash. In twenty years of staying at cabins from Tennessee and North Carolina all the way to Michigan, I’ve never personally not been able throw away trash in those latching, metal bear-proof garbage containers. I also saw garbage disposal trucks drive by multiple times on this mountain for the other cabins. So that was a time suck on our vacation to take care of trash ourselves. It’s too bad, because otherwise this is a good place to stay.

We loved everything about this cabin and location. The mountain views from the back porch were the best I’ve ever experienced in north Georgia! The cabin layout is perfect for a family and the hot tub and wood burning fireplace topped the experience off!

Overall property was very easy to locate. Road wasn’t bad at all. The road had a few spots with gravel. Which I didn’t think was a big deal as some others has stated. Road is like any other country road. Slightly more narrow that a city street. However, there is driveways about every 100 yards. So if you do come across another vehicle it is no big deal at all. You can just pull over and let them pass.
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was our first time staying in Georgia. We stayed end of August, beginning of September. We decided to choose this location because obviously we wanted to stay in a cabin away from the city life. The last few years we have stayed in Gatlinburg. Which it is nice, but a little touristy. This cabin was much larger and a much better deal than the previous cabins we stayed at. Very large and spacious. The photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll see when you arrive.
Kitchen is fully stocked with any pan/utensils you may need. Cabin was clean and very homey. My wife enjoyed sitting on the master bedroom deck to read a book, or two, while I relaxed in the hot tub. Fire pit was only a short little walk away from the cabin. There was wood already there to use. However, we had brought our own.
The views were very nice from the deck while we relaxed in the hot tub. There was always a squirrel that would stare at you chomping on nuts during your morning soak. Which I befriended. Lol. There was also plenty of deer and hummingbirds that you would see on a regular basis.
Overall I was very satisfied with our stay. The only thing I would change is having the hot tub covered from above if it’s raining, it only rained the first day we arrived so that didn’t impact our stay very much.
There is also a few local shops to visit during your stay, putt putt, and the Bigfoot museum. We also made the 1 1/2 hour trip to the Georgia Aquarium which is a must see.
Like stated above a was very happy with the overall quality and value you get while staying at this Cabin. I would, and have, recommended this Cabin to multiple others.

The cabin was in tip top shape. So clean and welcoming with a lit Christmas tree and amenities all as expected. The unpredictable weather of Georgia prevented the use of the hot tub but we will try that the next time we are fortunate enough to stay at the Bearfoot Cabin.
