About this house rental
Situated in Ellicottville, this attractive house for $292 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ..Ellicottville is located in the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York. This home is in the village, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and numerous quaint shops and boutiques. It is only a half mile to Holimont Ski Area,or Holiday Valley Four Seasons Resort. Golf, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, antique stores, fall foliage, Allegheny State Park, and a Seneca Nation casino are within 10 miles. We can sleep 6 adults. Add a couple more, if there are children. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The 3rd. bedroom has 2 single beds, which also can be made into a king bed if you wish.. Also in the living room are 2 sofas, one converts into a queen. All bedrooms have a T.V. & are air conditioned in the summer. Air condtioning in downstairs living rooms keeps the house cool & comfy. Fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the back deck. All towels & linen are provided. Watch the world go by from the comfy front porch or enjoy the peacefull yard from the covered back deck. This is fun house for family gatherings, weddings, golf or ski vacations, mountain bike events or any of the special event weekends. We are owner/operated, no rental management company to deal with. We live on the property, in a separate carriage house, if you should need anything or information while you are visiting town. If you would like to contact us or book a stay, you may email, using this website. We are inspected yearly by the Village of Ellicottville & approved for short term rentals. Please note; SOMETIMES we do a 1 night rental.If we do 1 night, there is an extra charge..send inquiry.

I knew I was going to enjoy the weekend off because Steve kept in touch with me ahead of time, ensuring that I had everything I needed before I arrived. The house is lovely, and with an easy walking distance to the village. We had everything we could need, including, welcoming front porch, where we could set talk and and talk and enjoy watching the walkers. The back porch was equally lovely and very private. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ellicottville again, and without a doubt, will rent this home again.

Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Back covered deck area was my personal fav. Owner provided ample towels and toilet paper, etc.

The house is in an excellent location, a few minute walk to downtown Ellicottville and right down the road from Holiday Valley. The owner is great and does a great job communicating.

Birthday getaway
This was perfect for my husband’s birthday. We all loved the home with a nice front porch and back deck. Our daughter loved the army men touch and enjoyed finding all of them. The place was spotless and had everything we needed.

Great Stay
This property is as advertised and is very clean. Super short walk into town...and even shorter once you figure out a couple shortcuts. Steven responds quickly to any messages. Both the front porch and patio are great to hang out in when the weather is nice. Cool quirky decorations throughout the house and outside. Well done Steven!

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice!! The owner was quick with communication. The house incredible with beautiful woodwork and plenty of space. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the bars, shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again soon! A 10 out of 10 for sure!!

Great time!
We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and supplied with all necessities. The location was ideal to walk into the village. It was just 2 short blocks away. The owner was available for questions or any needs we had.

Fantastic stay in a great little town
We were looking for a place to have a 3-generation family meet-up -- 6 of us ranging from 2 to 85 years old. House is fantastic! Lots of character with a couple of cozy, relaxing porches, a great kitchen--everything we could possibly need. Steve is a great host--helpful and responsive. Highly recommended--and all 6 of us would absolutely stay here again!

Charming house and location!
Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean and we loved both the front and back porch. The grill worked well. Very short walk to the downtown area. Steve was extremely nice and provided good communication with us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous location, well-equipped
This is our Second time staying at this rental property. It is a sound house with cute vintage details intertwined. The owner is communicative and helpful. The house is well-equipped, with pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc, making it easy to pack! Great fun!

Great house with great kitchen. Perfect location, just a short walk to restaurants and town. Everything you could imagine was at your finger tips. We will definitely stay again!

This place was immaculate and cozy - great for a family of 5 plus grandparents.
It is located 3 minutes from Holiday Valley and a 5 min walk from the restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Everything about this house was perfect for our quick visit to Ellicottville. Walking distance to town, very clean and spacious and the owner was very accommodating! Will definitely keep this house on my list for our next visit!

Birthday and Graduation stay
What a wonderful home and hosts! The house was beautiful and clean, clean, clean. It’s perfectly located in Ellicottville to walk everywhere. It was a great place to celebrate a 22nd Birthday and Graduation from St Bonaventure. We would highly recommend the home to rent.
