This is a spacious, 6 bedroom, 3 bath unit that spans the entire floor looking out on to 2nd Ave with a beautiful view of The Titans stadium and the Cumberland River. The master bedroom offers a king bed with full on suite bath. 5 additional bedrooms offer queen size beds. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a 55' flat screen TV. This a secure, keyed access to floor entry in a private building. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer. The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 55” LED TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All pots, pans and utensils provided. The unit has a washer and dryer included. Lofts at 203 is perfectly located directly on 2nd Ave just steps to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. We had a great stay here at this property! It was a quick walk to broadway and to Printers Alley. The unit was clean and it was great for our big group. Easy check in process and great that its a code access so that everyone could use itand not have to worry about keys. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great. Area is under construction and vagrants tend to hang out around the property. They can be unhygienic. Place was great but could use some fresh paint. Overall had a great time.

This is a great location for a large group to stay and have fun in downtown Nashville. Plenty of bedrooms. Not many windows and a small kitchen. It was fine for us as we mostly ate out. We would stay again.

The location of the property to all the fun on Broadway is perfect, only a couple blocks of easy walking. Michael was fantastic and was able to answer all our questions and get us checked in quickly. Please be aware that the person making the reservation is the person that must check in, our group arrived at different times and they were not allowed to check in until I got there even though I gave permission and it was past the check in time. Overall great spot and property.

We had a great time in Nashville! This place is walking distance to all things downtown. There is plenty of space for larger groups, we had everything we needed and Michael was very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Our group of 5 couples had an amazing stay!! Close to everything and really roomy place. The only thing I would suggest is to update mattresses in some of the rooms.

Best feature is how close it is to Broadway. Overall the property fit all our needs. A suggestion would be to add towel racks in the 2 bathrooms. We had 12 people in the space and only 1 of the 3 bathrooms have hooks to hang a towel. Maybe add hooks to the bedrooms if you can't add it to the bathrooms? Sitting chairs (not stools) to fit the table height would have been nice but not a big deal since we were not in the space for many meals.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to broadway and walking distance to everything. We had 6 couples and enough room for all of us and 6 separate bedrooms with doors. We would recommend to all.

The property itself was great for a large group and we walked everywhere. Downside is if someone is staying above you; you hear every move they make. There is little to no insulation and this can be all hours of the day and night. If we come back we’d look at renting the flat above to avoid this. Michael the property manager was amazing and handled an issue we had the second night immediately.

Very clean place very near the heart of all the action in Nashville. Good space, nice kitchen, great rooms - again, very clean. Slightly low ceiling if you have tall people (we had 6'5" and 6'3") but that's the only thing of note.

The property was exactly as described. The on-site manager, Michael was so helpful and responsive. Leading up to our stay all questions were answered timely as well. The place was clean and perfect for our group of 12 mothers and daughters. The location is perfect. Close to the action but quiet for sleeping. We all felt safe and walked everywhere.

The apartment was very clean and the check in process was very easy. We were very close to Broadway. And just around the corner from Printers Alley which we found to be a great time. The parking garage is right next to the apartment so we didn’t have to carry our bags too far. We had a great time and would book again.
