Clean, well set up, A+ location!
Family of 5 with kids age 7/10/13 all loved this place. Also think the host Rob is extraordinarily nice/helpful. I mean, there are good hosts, then there is Rob at next level!
Now that we have been to Playa Dominical area and know where things are and how the beaches are like, I would not stay anywhere else if visiting again.
Simply put, if this place is available definitely grab it ASAP. Consider yourself super lucky.

Great location in an ideal spot for surfing, boogy boarding and long walks on a very flat beach at low tide. Robert is very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated not having to deal with the wet towels, sheets and garbage on our last day. I’ve stayed at some places that required us to basically do most of the cleanup before leaving and still pay a hefty cleaning fee.
Staying here was a wonderful Christmas holiday.

Our stay was outstanding, couldn't get a better location with the ocean in your backyard. The host, Robert was super friendly and helpful, responded instantly to any questions or issues we had.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the busyness of life.
The people in the area were also so friendly and everyone took the time to talk to you and shared useful information and history about Dominicalito.

Coming from an East Coaster who’s never seen the Pacific Ocean before, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This property is located on a semi-private beach. We saw maybe 3-4 people at most each day. Our visit was purely for the experience, and our hosts had great tips on how to find hidden gems in the area, away from tourists. We were close to a hidden away waterfall. If it weren’t for our host telling us about it, we would have never known it was there. They told us to take some bananas to a place nearby and that monkeys would frequent at 5pm each day. The monkeys came and I fed them. We went to a rainforest not far from this town and hiked, we walked over hanging bridges, saw beautiful waterfalls, and soaked in a waterhole by the falls at the end. We were the only ones there. This property is so close to a little town called Dominical where we fine dined a couple nights and did local places the rest of the time. Ate amazing fruit and drank from coconuts. I honestly don’t think our trip would have been as enjoyable as it was had it not been for this property and it’s amazing location, and our hosts.

They stay was amazing, just a short distance from Dominical. And the beach all to ourselves was spectacular. I would highly recommend the house if in the area. In fact extend your stay because it literally is such a cool part of Costa Rica.

Location couldn’t get much better. Just walk out the back and you are enjoying the beach. The town of Dominical is just a short drive or 15 minute walk down the beach.

I can't imagine a better place to unwind the nervous system, uplift the spirit, and relax into the beauty of sea, sand, and sky! We had the perfect nature retreat...sunrise and sunset meditations and walks on the secluded beach, great waves for boogie boarding, a cottage set up for lounging, falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of surf and birds, superbly gracious and helpful hosts who respond to queries within minutes and are present on the property but completely unobtrusive. We didn't even rent a car, just walked into town (easy and beautiful) and took an occasional taxi to some of the fantastic local outings recommended by Whit and Robert. We cooked most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. A one-of-a-kind opportunity and we will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here. This is on the best section of beach in Dominical. The beach slopes so gradually that at low tide you walk 600 feet to get to the water, at high tide it is 15 feet to the water. Robert and Whit are very responsive hosts(and downright nice people). Easy access to many great resturants and beaches up and down the coast. Dont miss the whale tail! All in all, a great 10 days!

This is our 2nd time in this house. The owners are amazing. The house had everything we needed. If something you need is not there, it is one click away through your phone. It appears at your door next minute. You cannot beat the location. It is right on the beach. We enjoyed long walks on the ocean, swimming early in the morning and at night. We visited waterfalls around the area and beautiful parks.

The property is so special being right on the beach, truly something out of a movie. No detail was overlooked, as the home was equipped with everything you may want or need. The beds are the most comfortable we've had on our travels. Robert went out of his way to ensure our stay was top notch. I'm certain we will be back again. The overriding reason to stay here is the access to the Beach. You have about 300 metres of private beach (328 yards American). The beach is accessible by others only at low tide when you can also hike further along. Watching the tides change and the sunsets make this a very special and private place. Thanks Robert and Whit.

We loved the location, beach, and house overall and appreciated the prompt and responsive communication with Robert. The beds and linens were great, and we loved the access to the boogie boards. We're also grateful for the access to laundry mid-vacation. That was a huge asset.

We did most of our cooking and grilling at home, but we did enjoy taking in some of the local restaurants. The binder of activities and places to eat was wonderful! Relax, Get Away, Enjoy!
