Maid service every other day is included. Daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge. For an Event, we only accept groups of a maximum of 85 people. A venue fee is required for events. Please contact us for event fee pricing which is variable depending on the number of persons attending your event. Refundable security deposit raises to $1800 when having an event. After booking we will provide you contact information for concierge services which are handled separately from the home rental and are at an additional cost.
