Obiekt położony jest na uboczu, dzięki czemu można cieszyć się spokojem i pięknym widokiem na Olbię. Dom podzielony jest na dwa niezależne mieszkania. W naszym znajdowała się sypialnia oraz salon. Łóżko w sypialni było wygodne, natomiast kanapa w salonie mogłaby być bardziej komfortowa do spania. Na plus zasługuje bardzo dobre wyposażenie – dostępne było wszystko, co potrzebne, i to w dużych ilościach, a także pralka. Na jedną noc pobyt był jak najbardziej udany.
Niezbyt wygodne łóżko w salonie.
