About this house rental
Nestled in Lake Anna, this charming house for $1,065 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beautiful modern home in a secluded lake front setting on the public side. Private sand beach in perfect cove for swimming or laying out in the lake (added in 2018). Hot tub in lower deck area. Firewood provided for outdoor fireplace. Minutes away from restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. Kayak distance from the Cove, restaurant and bar. 12 feet deep at end of dock. Includes wireless internet and cable with premium channels. Comes with paddle boards, canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, floats, etc. Includes 4 full and 1 half baths including a brand new full bath as of February 2018. Rooms include 4 king beds (2 upstairs, 1 on the main floor, and 1 on the lower level), 1 queen bed on the lower level, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that include 4 full and 2 twins (one with a full/full bunk and another room with 2 full beds each with a twin trundle underneath). Wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the lake with your gourmet coffee from the Miele espresso machine. Have cocktails on the huge deck and patio while the sun sets behind you casting breath-taking views over the lake. If you're the indoor type, catch up on your favorite shows on any one of our 42"+ flatscreen TVs in nearly every room, sharpen your pool game, practice your foosball, or play bartender behind the downstairs wet bar. Please inquire regarding large events as additional fees may apply or garbage, cleaning, etc. We also offer 1 or 2 jet skis for 7 day rentals. The jet skis will be waiting for you on the jet ski ramps when you show up with someone to walk you through how to operate them. Inquire for the rental prices on either 1 or 2 jet skis. Golf? For a fee, we can set up a time to play at the newly developed and private Cutalong golf course. Please note: the internet is awful in general. We are on our third provider option (Hughes), using a corporate account. There are unfortunately no good options until they extend Verizon or Comcast to the area. We are on the waitlist for Starlink (expected end of 2022/early 2023).

Our team of 7 had a 3 day work retreat and loved the space at Nirv'Anna. Everyone had their own room and the living space was great for having an all day meeting. This was our second year utilizing the space for our meeting and we hope to continue every year.
Calli and Chris were very responsive before, during and after our departure.

We had such an amazing time for Thanksgiving with family and friends! The house is very nice, has a beautiful view from the lake and the boat house is also a nice place to have a cup of coffee.

We loved the property. The location was a piece of heaven. My family fished from the private pier, canoed, played corn hole, card games, board games, grilled and cooked. It was a great fit for our family. A memorable vacation.

We just finished our family vacation and had a wonderful time. There were 16 of us ranging from 5-68. Our kids and grandchildren loved the paddle boards, kayaks and canoe. The house was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! The owners were easy to contact and very helpful with information and making golf tee times. We highly recommend this house

We had our daughters wedding at this lovely home and it was beautiful! When we checked in, there were a few issues with the decking and patio due to some recent storms and the owner was super responsive and kind. She acted quickly and had someone out the very next day that remedied all issues. Her communication was wonderful and it put me much more at ease given our daughters wedding was the very next day. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent property with well stocked kitchen. Stayed three nights in December with my mother, brother and sister, and our seven children [ages 14 to 24]. The power went out one evening for about 40 minutes, but the generator kicked on immediately and kept the main floor powered.
We had space for puzzles and board games. Some learned how to play pool and others soaked in the hot tub.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this beautiful house.

Stayed at many rental homes over the years and almost all have been oversold with pictures that are obviously outdated. After arriving and inspecting the property that was not the case here. What you see is what you get, it was clean and well maintained with great little extras like putting small labels on cabinets in the kitchen, light switch's, etc. made it really easy to settle in.
The kitchen was well appointed with good quality items and surprises like a emersion blender and high end blender. It had enough of everything (cups , plates , cookie sheets, cutting boards, flatware....) The ice maker was great bonus and worked well. Beds were very good, fire places (gas) work well.
We kept expecting the "ah ha" moment when something didn't work or was shoddy, this never happened. 10 minutes by car to the boat launch 20 to Food Lion.
I highly recommend this place, Chris (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. We were there for five nights and met two of the neighbors who were very nice. This is a wonderful house and location. Hoping to return next year once we agree on the dates.
