Located in Pike Place Market, this lovely condo for $349 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Luxury, modern waterfront condo located in the only condominium complex actually on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Unobstructed views of Puget Sound, Pike Place Market in your backyard, and ferries, the aquarium, stadiums, parks, and all of downtown Seattle restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. This unit offers the quiet and relaxation of waterfront living and easy access to all the action of downtown living. The unit offers 1 bedroom with memory foam queen bed, private bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sinks, private balcony off living space, full/double memory foam bed in den, A/C in main living space, washer/dryer, and chef's kitchen with viking stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops, gas stove, fully equipped with dishes and cookware, and free underground parking. Other guest amenities include coffee maker, french press, sugar and substitutes, basic cooking spices and oils, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests enjoy the entire unit with private balcony and also have access to shared building amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, and rooftop deck with two gas built-in BBQs. The Seattle waterfront is the most sot-after area given the views, quiet/calming atmosphere, and easy access to all the amenities of downtown living. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are within blocks of the unit, and the waterfront area is very safe. Pike Place Market is in your backyard, in addition to all the amenities of downtown. SAM and Myrtle Edwards park are also down the street with amazing views of the sound, ferries to neighboring islands and even the West Seattle water taxis are across the street. The Victoria Clipper, offering service to Victoria BC and San Juan islands, is also down the street. Both Century Link Field and Safeco Stadium, hosting the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and concert events, are a 15 minute walk. Seattle is extremely walk-able. The waterfront is your front yard! Guest can easily access downtown via elevators located in the market directly behind the building or the Lenora street elevator located north of the building. Underground parking is available to guests with a car, but not recommended for getting around due to high cost of parking and traffic. We stayed over the New Year’s weekend and had a great stay. We drove to Seattle and appreciated having the included parking space in the garage. The location is great and once checked in we walked everywhere including to Lumen Field, dinner at Aqua (highly recommend), downtown area, Pike Street Market (very close) and the Space Needle. Unit was as advertised and had a great view of the water. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were visiting Seattle for the Seahawks Eagles game. Our condo was perfect. It was close to everything, and an unbeatable view.
Our host Jenn answered any of my questions quickly and let us check out later due to our late flight.

Excellent view and location. Great setup for couples but the den has no door on it. They do provide a partition you can use for privacy. Apartment is a bit dated and I had forgotten some don't come with the essentials for shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. make sure to bring your own. Host was very responsive and manager on site is very helpful.

It was a great trip with lots of time spent at Pike Place Market, and the aquarium and various restaurants around the pier. It was a little challenging navigating around the construction but like most northern states there are two seasons. Winter and Construction. Wonderful condo with great space and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful property great for a couple or small family! Convenient to everything Seattle has to offer. We had a great stay and spent time everywhere nearby. The property was clean and well outfitted with everything you could need - including a huge vase for a monstrous bouquet from Pike Place Market! Loved the location - will come back for sure!

Prime location close to all the key Seattle sites. Walking distance (just a few minutes) to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, the Ferry terminal, the boardwalk and so much more. Comfortable and spacious accommodation with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the water. Well-equipped facilities and pleasant staff and the property manager was great to work with - responsive and helpful throughout our planning and our stay. Definitely recommend this location, and if we go back to Seattle we will certainly look it up again.

Aside from construction in front of the property making it difficult for Uber drivers to locate the property is in the most perfect location. We sat out on the patio staring at the pier for hours!!!

We were please with every aspect of our stay. The property is clean, comfortable and convenient. Only suggestion we has is to put the unit number in the last email sent before checking in. We were left scrambling through older emails to find the unit number and front desk clerk was no help at all. That small hiccup was our only issue. Bring your own coffee and condiments. Also your own shampoo, bath soap and laundry detergent. There was some there, but they seemed to be leftovers from other guests.

This was a fabulous property for our girls trip. Would not suggest for two couples as the bedrooms are not super private, but it was great for our needs. Location was fantastic - we walked everywhere with ease. My only suggestion would be to have towels available for use with the hot tub. We just used our bath towels and washed/dried them but extras would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle, and enjoyed this condo. The location was beautiful, and was an easy walk, despite the construction of the roads behind the apartment, up to the public market.

Check in was easy, pictures were accurate and the host was easily accessible for questions. The lighting was a bit tricky and it would have been nice to have a kitchen sponge and shampoo. Regular tv channels would be a plus as well. Other than that we had a great time in Seattle and look forward to coming back again.

On arrival there was a very small issue which owner resolved within hours!
Location is near The Great Wheel and Pike’s Place Market which is definitely worth exploring. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chuhily exhibit and garden, and the Space Needle.

We got very lucky with beautiful warm weather. The A/C unit after walking around and seeing sights just couldn’t cool down the place fast enough for us. We are from Texas and used to 100 plus degrees, so we understand conservation, but we like to sleep in cooler temps. The property was gorgeous, quiet, had what we needed. Overall it was great.

I visit Seattle about every other year. Usually I stay at a hotel but this time I decided to stay someplace different. So glad I did. The property is gated and we felt safe and secure. The property was clean and the property manager was very helpful each time I contacted her before our trip. We will defineatly stay again.

Great location
We loved the location - right below Pikes Place Market and within walking distance of lots of Seattle sights. We were able to walk up (a lot of stairs) every day and found different specialties for lunch. The view is great and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the ferries. The sunsets from the Pier across the street were amazing. The condo is very nice and clean and seemed well appointed though we mostly ate out, so didn't do a lot of cooking. We had 4 adults and if we weren't a close family, it would be a bit tight. The only downside to the place was that the portable air conditioner unit in the living room wasn't enough to keep up with the atypical 90+ degree heat in Seattle the first 2 days we were there. The fan was super helpful - especially in the den/bedroom that had no ceiling fan or windows. I would suggest one or two more fans for those unusual days. The host sent all the instructions needed prior to our arrival. There was a very nice, roomy parking garage with a reserved parking spot. We ended up leaving our car in the garage the whole time as we were able to walk to most of the downtown sights. The building felt very safe and they take their security very seriously! We would definitely stay there again!
