Space, the location, the hosts where fantastic in ensuring all was perfect with our stay - very responsive to any questions. Apartment well furnished and layout was great.

Incredible stay, the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Could not fault a single thing. The owners where absolutely lovely and I managed to even sneak a massage in downstairs. 11/10 would recommend.

Exceptional

Absolutely exceptional. The attention to detail is above and beyond. Super nice hosts. We stayed in the very spacious studio. Super central location, yet very quiet at night. Everything is in walking distance, including cafes, an organic supermarket, Chantal, lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is a short stroll. 11 out of 10 😁

perfection in Napier

this property is amazing. perfect location in the middle of town. great restaurants and shops on your door step. accomodation spectacular. comfortable, modern, well designed and thought out. everything you could possibly want. Dyson hair dryers, bidet, full laundry, under floor heating, amazing light and sound systems, huge fully stocked kitchen.. I could go on…..just perfect in every way. wendy was so very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Laneway. Wendy is so lovely and helpful and has done a beautiful job with the apartments. The

BEAUTIFUL large apartment, so well appointed and decorated with everything you need for a home away from home and a little luxury. Spotless and in a great location a short stroll from the centre of town, shops and eateries.

Loved our stay here. Fantastic apartment.

Beautifully appointed central apartment. Very clean, spacious with great amenities and very helpful hosts. Rooftop terrace was brilliant. Will definitely stay here again.

Warm, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Excellent location in central Napier.

Council road and drain works were unfortunately undertaken immediately outside the apartment the week we spent here which meant it was extremely noisy when we wanted to use the open deck. Also some interior noise from remodelling work being undertaken on the level below - although this was minor and occasional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laneway Apartments. Communication was excellent, location was great. The layout and decor were on point. We loved that it reflected Napiers Art Deco style with all the modern necessities you would want or need.

Lovely rooftop apartment in Napier CBD

Great location in centre of the city. Rooftop patio with good sized dining table and outdoor furniture and BBQ. Good sized bedrooms and large beds. Kitchen well stocked with lots of crockery and cutlery. Coffee machine. Enjoyed the complimentary goodies including home made bread and jams; sherry and whisky.

Couldn't find the light switch for the bottom flight of stairs (had to walk down these in the evening). Outdoor sprinklers came on in the morning which meant the outdoor furniture (cushions) got wet; so couldn't sit on them to have breakfast outside.
