The location is very convenient and the overall environment is nice. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also booked two snorkeling activities through the hotel, one to see dolphins and another to see sea turtles, and both experiences were really enjoyable and well organized. Overall, the whole stay felt very comfortable, relaxing, and convenient.
The only downside was that the pillows and duvet were not very comfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

I liked the beach
I didn’t like the breakfast , food menu and the cleanliness of the bathroom.

On the way in staff didn't reschedule the speed boat pick up, and almost didn't get in time. A room without a fridge, a nasty wall with cracks and stains, also stains in the sheets. Once we get in we complained about a clogged drain, but nothing happened. Showerhead was totally broken, very low pressure while showering.
The place is near a nice beach with a bar, but in the afternoon sea was dirty. At least gets better with a delicious breakfast.
