The space worked very well for two couples. If the twin beds were of equal height, it would have made the second bedroom a bit more comfortable

The unit had nothing provided by the owners. Kitchen had Basic items, no paper towels,TP, sharp knives, paper plates, coffee, cleaning items.
Not evens garbage bags for trash. Pillows were cheap, blankets old and dirty. AC units worked but filters were full of dirt and mold.

We enjoyed staying here. Good value. Great location! Short walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable, even trundle bed (not pictured in the listing) in second bedroom. My adult daughters slept very well there. We pulled out the trundle and repositioned it for convenience.
Things I wish I'd brought but didn't include hand soap x2, dish towels, cutting board, sharp knives, food leftover containers, spices, aluminum foil, facial tissues x3, scissors, and a bath mat.
Also don't forget to bring toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, DW detergent, hair dryer, along with sheets and towels.
Hosts were great and very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

We never got a lease informing us that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. But we loved being so close to beach so we made do and had a good time. Beautiful beach and plenty of good places to eat, shop and play. Also we were charged a cleaning fee and service deposit and then told to clean and vacuum before we left! Not sure if we can expect deposit back.

We liked the layout of the condo and it's location near the beach. I think though some things need to be addressed. 1) Grill is rusted and igniters do not work. 2) Rugs outside door and in kitchen are falling apart 3) Frig runs either too cold or luke warm 4) Shower curtain liner needs to be replaced 5) Kitchen utensils need to be increased. Steak knives and others are needed. Also, the place was dusty and smelled like someone was smoking there before we arrived.. I thought this was a smoke free rental? There is also a notice in the condo and with the lease,that everyone who stays there is required to clean it before they leave. We always clean up, but I question why we were charged a cleaning fee?. Was a service brought in before we arrived to justify the fee? Also when I signed up to rent, it was stated that a full refund will be provided if cancelled by May 8th. When I received the lease, it says no refunds would be provided and that they may find another week for you. That is not what was advertised. My dealings with the owners was very pleasant, I think though some changes should be made.

above ground basement unit. A bit dated but proximity to beach can't be beat. Convenient to Beach Haven commerce. Unit itself is dark and a tad musty. Bulbs missing from bathroom fixture and no WiFi available through Xfinity . Plenty of space and full kitchen a plus

Overall a pleasant stay. The online listing said there would be wifi, and after signing up and paying, the host sent an email indicating that there would be no wifi during the off season. The host quickly responded to my initial text, but I didn't hear that it had been resolved until I emailed and texted right before the stay. When I arrived the wifi wasn't working, and I contacted the host, who responded promptly. It was working by the next morning, and we had no problems after that. Hopefully the host will update the listing to reflect the accurate situation with the wifi for future guests. The good part is that the host was responsive to my requests.

We really enjoy staying here. The only thing I would recommend would be to have 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, like the picture shows.

This was a cozy home. Was disappointed when the 2nd twin bed was a trundle but it wasn’t a big deal. Also don’t know why we paid for cleaning and yet we’re told to clean before leaving. My sisters and I had a great visit and were happy to be back on the island. Great place for a couple with 2 kids.

In LBI proximity is king for me especially with kids. It was great to not have to drag everything to a car, unload, park the car, walk back and then don't all again to leave. I walked to the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee and was able to just go grab lunch at the condo and bring it back for the kids. Being this close ti the beach was a game changer. Space was great with everything you might need especially if you want to cook instead of waiting in line at restaurants. Ice cream at the "Boardwalk" shop was a very short walk which was also convenient.
Host was responsive to questions and the other neighboring condo owners were friendly and helpful as well. Shared laundry(free) but we never had any issues with getting an opportunity to put a load in the wash.
Overall a great stay! I have been coming to LBI since 2000 and this was our best stay yet.
