Very creepy and really dirty hotel.

I liked the towels, they were soft and fluffy. The rooms were pretty clean.

The parking lot was really messy, trash everywhere. There was someone sleeping on the ground behind the building. The neighborhood was kinda scary. The staff was not friendly at all. When you walk in it’s smelled weird. Someone whipped boogers or something on the elevator door. You could see trash inside the elevator on the little holes. There was also a lot of dirt where the elevator closed. I also did not like that the sink was outside the bathroom. My son an his friend said the shower hurt their arms an back because the pressure was too hard. Water got everywhere in there.

Disappointing

The beds were dirty the covers had burn holes in them and the bathroom smelled terrible I hardly wanted to go in there. There were writing on the walls and a huge hole by the door. Will not be staying here ever again. I don’t care how cheap they are.

I was not given the room I requested on my reservation. The staff was not very customer friendly the room was not cleaned thoroughly, the entrance to the room did lock properly felt unsafe, staff did not offer a different room or anything off the rate of the room.

they are very racist here. if you are African American plz stay away. these Indians will treat you worse then southern white folks.

the very rude manager. he has no customer service and enjoys abusing his power.

it’s in the ghetto low key and staff member who checked me in not only left my signed paper receipt with all of my info on it on the counter for the world to see for the entire hour I realized that he also hadn’t gave me the change I was owed for my room. upon finding my receipt when I went to inquire about my change from the 120$ I gave to pay the night of stay that I didn’t receive and he immediately goes to a drawer and pulls out the 17$ that was now paper clipped to a hand written note made by the worker himself indicating I’d forgotten my change and he even went as far to spell my last name incorrectly I believe to be able to deny me that money had I not remembered before going to sleep. complete unsatisfactory there as well as the owner lady “housekeeper” walking in without knocking at 1030 am say housekeeping. I was naked, check outs at 11 wth I chose to rate 5 stars on previous asked questions on this survey because this isn’t the worlds buisness to know about my incident there as this hotel suites a lot of people from the city and travelers and their continued support of payin taxes in our city

The place was absolutely disgusting. The comforter was stained with burn marks all over it, the linens were see through. The chair in the room was so dirty, instead of yellow the color it should have been it was brown from dirt. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and the toliet had something that appeared to be either a stain or poop. Location was not good either, there was homeless people staying all around the building. We immediately checked out after checking in.

Rough neighborhood. Furnace set at 77 and room wouldn’t cool off when reset. Card key would work.

Bed was comfortable.

Plumbing was so bad, it squealed from the toilet until it was flushed. Finally had to turn off the water to the toilet after it squealed most of the night. The fire alarm went off at 3:30AM. And no fire after everyone in the building was awakened!

bad place, do not stay there.

convenience to get on I-70

The staff or front desk people made a lot noise, talked too loud, slammed doors heavily, even turned on music loudly at 2:00am in the morning... They do not care this is hotel, and people who stay here need quiet time to sleep. We could not sleep at all because of all kind of noise keeps on coming, the room is not sealed well. Another thing, there were some of folks in the sitting area that made us nervous and wondered whether or not we need to go other place.

When arriving there the place had a smell of smoke like Marijuana they people at the front desk was VERY rude then they said we needed to pay an extra 100 dollars cash for non smoking but it smelled like Marijuana we are non smoking people. HORRIBLE would NOT recommend thos place if business all of us are well over 50 in age and never experienced anything like that before. Someone should take visit and see how this place is ran. POOR POOR We did NOT stay we left and found another place to stay.
