Overall nice place to stay

Beds were comfy. Air conditioner was quiet. Room was clean. Neighborhood had many restaurants and was close to the metro.

No sit down area for complimentary breakfast but I think this is part of an ongoing renovation. It was bit expensive for what it is, but so are all accommodations right now.

Would stay their again. Staff was great and clean. Once remodeling is completed I’m sure breakfast will be great too.

Water pressure in shower great. Rooms clean. AC works great.

Advised that if we parked vehicle out front instead of in parking garage it was at our own risk but not recommended at all by staff. Glad he told us but didn’t realize the area we rented for the night was in a shady area. We parked in garage no problems. They are remodeling so breakfast is set up in a room with pre-packaged food you have to warm in microwave but they do have a great selection considering the circumstances. They are trying to take care care of the customers needs for breakfast.

Not where we wanted to be for what we wanted to see. Not hotel fault. Other over nighters where not quiet after 11. Had to pay for parking due to booking with a third party.

Our room was modern with all the amenities.

The second floor hallway stunk which was a contrast to the very nice room, And our bed, though it looked clean, smelled like someone else’s armpit body oder. Both the Night Shift and morning front desk attendants were rude and off- putting. I arrived at 3am with my 6 year old and our small dog after a very strenuous day of delays and lost luggage- welcomed by discourtesy and a sour face. There was no complimentary toothbrush or toothpaste or even a charger loan for this type of circumstance. Parking cost $15 extra. I asked for a late checkout but was still disturbed by staff knocking at my door to clean.

Great value, Quiet Neighborhood, Location close to City Park and Basilica

Breakfast Room excellent items to pick, Having own Parking lot in especially in the tight spot in the city located at. Awesome Clean Clean Clean rooms. Great working Exhaust Fan in the Restroom, nice size Shower Room. Real world Furniture for my Temporary Stay. Bed was just right, Not too Soft or Hard. Great HVAC Unit with Controller, very Accurate. Price was great because of the Great Breakfast pics, Clean room and location - You would spend the same amount if went to a place way out of the way, Parking and Breakfast at a restaurant.

Restroom needs a few Shelfs for My Personal things like, Tooth Brush, Mouth Wash, Etc. The Stand Alone Sink is great, but need those shelves for my items.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The rooms were tastefully and nicely remodeled and were spacious enough for our family of 4. The take and go breakfast offered a wide variety of items. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Elevators were dirty with food and trash on the floor.

Stayed here several times recently, this was my least favorite experience due to the room location

Overall great stay

Staff was friendly, facility and room was clean, shower was AMAZING! Great workout room and laundry on site.

Washer turned some of the clothes washed black. The grab and go breakfast was a disaster. Not many options and the first day they didn’t have bags to carry our items back to our room.

I enjoyed my stay and would probably book again.

It was a nice room and facility. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed it a lot.

Paying for the parking and the parking was not great. The location was a little confusing being from out of town.

Superb

The bathrooms and rooms were very nice. The closeness to the hospital was perfect.

There were no microwaves in the bedrooms. The breakfast was truly a grab, heat up and eat in your room or car.
