I liked that the property was close to the baseball field.
Upon arrival, booking states that you can check in from 12am-12pm, that is not true, the staff says that they change it on booking but booking changes it back. Also, booking did not send over my booking, so, I didn’t have a reservation even though I had booked the room a month in advance. The staff was able to book me a room. I was told by the staff the rooms would be ready at 4pm and I could check in. At 4pm I come back to the hotel only to be told that none of the rooms were ready even though check out is at 11am. At 4:30 I was able to finish check in and was in the room by 4:45. The cost per night, the deposit and having to pay for parking makes it very inexcusable for the room to not be ready.
