Superb

The room was very clean and cozy.

I had to pay for my vehicle to be parked and the fact my deposit takes so long to be put back on my card.

They didn’t have sufficient soap, body wash, tp for a week stay. Had to go to the front desk and ask for more.

We felt welcomed and included by the new owners and those there for the ribbon cutting and training.

We liked the room, the bed, and the staff. The restaurant was also very good

It was all very good, no complaints.

It was so so. I wanted a bit more for a Girls Night Out weekend. It fell flat.

The room was nice. I enjoyed the tall table and seating in the front of the room.

Where to start, the magnetism was not working for the keys so we had to ask every time we left to be let back in our room. The only staff working that night did his best, but the situation was awful and got worse when this said worker got stuck in the elevator so no one could be let back in their rooms because he the only key. It was pretty awful.

Felt very unsafe at this location

Clean, new facility. Valet parking attendant and Cameron at the desk were very friendly.

Very sketchy and unsafe neighborhood. Next to several boarded up, rundown buildings full of gang signs and graffiti. Multiple vehicles in neighborhood that were all beat up and broken windows. We were put in a room next to a road with manhole covers that clunked every time someone drove over them. This happened constantly all night. The nightlight in the bathroom kept going off and on all night, as well as a light on the smoke detector. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom wasn’t replaced and were open and used so I had to go down and get new ones in the morning.

Not worth the money!

Location to the event

Door lock had to be fixed and it took close to 4 hrs because the maintenance person had to call his boss then his bosses boss to get into system to reprogram the lock. Our air conditioner was broken and they had no other fully functional rooms available. When we asked when the free breakfast started we were told there wasn't one even though it said there was when I booked the room.

Beautiful hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a concert. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

just a one night stay but such a lovely hotel. staff was really wonderful. the Valet attendant was very nice and didn’t

beautiful and comfortable. loved the large smart TV in the room.

extra 45 dollars for parking was a drag.

Wonderful experience here and will definitely be returning. Prime55 was the icing on the cake!

The breakfast and dinner was Excellent! Food was delicious and the Prime55 restaurant atmosphere was superior! Loved it!

Wish there was a microwave in the room especially with the restaurant downstairs.

Passable

When I checked in, I was informed that the parking fee would be waived because the hotel was under renovation. Once I checked out, I checked my bank account and I had been charged for parking there. $60 for two days is ridiculous, especially after I was told there wouldn’t be a fee.

Did not like the fact that there was construction going on so there was no parking and had to pay $20 for parking across the street.

The rooms were very large and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was an okay room.

The hotel sign was not visible at all. The check-in desk was terrible and did not look appropriate in this hotel, it was nothing like I had expected when I booked this hotel. The bathroom was also very tiny.
