Paid too much for too little. Don’t do it.

Cook to order eggs & omelettes

Uncomfortable beds, tub was broken water couldn't be routed from tub up to shower, they have an empty broken hot tub which wasn't disclosed, my children couldn't use pool because one family was allowed to leave their children & disregard the rules, be unsafe & disruptive. Asked for help yet staff didn't care when I brought issues to their attention. Not sure if was a race issue or they was friends issue but we’re extremely disappointed.

Won't come back

The girls who work the front desk AMAZING they are kind and quick to try and help they have wonderful customers service some of which should be taught to their boss. The guy who works the bar I don't drink but my husband went down and he was super friendly with everyone greatly people with this big smile that was nice to see

The manager attitude his lack of any responsibility about anything. The hotels says it has a restaurant it does not it serves bar food burgers wings potatoe skins not restaurant food. I was told I'd be on an upper floor with a view well there is no view but never being to St louis I had no clue and the upper floor the promised in a email yes that became the second floor for the must spit in your face reason. Then we are there multiple days for our anniversary and spending over 900 in your hotel and your Manger things giving us 50 off our bill sould be good enough. Then at breakfast you guy a man walking around in dirty clothes huge and I mean huge wholes in the underarms of both sides of his shirt so that his hair is showing just what you want leaning over your table getting it set up for you. It looks bad for the hotel and it makes it look dirty

Great hotel, great staff, 10/10

The suite was clean and the staff was friendly. The valet staff was top notch as well. We will be staying here again.

The hot tub was out of order.

Overall, it was a good stay. The employees were exceptionally friendly.

Location to everything we wanted to do was great

Rooms were not ready for check-in by 4 o’clock. And the toilet in our room either ran all the time or wouldn’t flush.

Nice, but Disappointing

Kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, the hotel is clean and very well maintained.

Hot tub didn't work and called to ask, was told it did. After arriving told hot tub is being removed altogether. As well, we arrived at 1 pm. Called for early check in, wasn't available, no big deal. However, it was almost 5 well past check in until we got a room.

La comodidad de la habitación.

El servicio de restauracion estaba cerrado y no habia alternativas cercanas. Nos quedamos sin cenar. El hotel se nota que ha vivido mejores años en el pasado. Hacia frio en la habitacion porque la ventana no cerraba del todo bien

Very good

breakfast was good and with multiple options available. The dining area was big but I see it getting a little crowder sometimes it's hard to find a spot. Go early

Valet parking is the only option offered by the hotel which caused a little bit of wait after checkout even though we requested the car early before heading out of the room.

Facility needs major overhaul.

Comfortable bed. Great location.

Sofa and chair in room stained, old and uncomfortable. Bed pillows very uncomfortable/old. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom.. Hallways very hot and carpet stained/ripped. Room did not get very cool.

I felt the 4 star hotel was a 2 star hotel.

I like the location.

The difficulty of getting towels. Minimal trash containers. Lack of information…having to ask: where do you get breakfast. How do you get towels exchanged, how to get trash removed. This information could have been provided at checkin or written information sheet in rhe room

Great room, perfect location, and helpful, attentive staff!

Liked the location, the size of the room, the cleanliness. Liked the free breakfast and the ease of valet parking

Breakfast service was slow as utilization was very high. Long lines to get food.

Superb

The hotel overall was clean. My room was clean. My room being on the 4th floor was nice and convenient for me to go to the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet every morning was nice. The hotel was in a great location relative to the convention center and downtown St Louis. The dollar store being across the street was very convenient. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back!

The outlets on the lamps next to the bed couldn't charge my electronic devices. They were too loose and my chargers would fall out. Maybe they need fixing. The shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty when I first moved in. It would be nice if they were full when someone first moves in. I didn't like the incidental charges added to the account. I don't remember seeing that I would be charged for those charges up front when I booked the room so they seemed to be a surprise to me.

Superb

Not as you think of as an embassy suite. Clean comfy close enough to walk to the baseball stadium. Head over to the ballpark area for bars etc. The choice around the hotel are dier. Under/over bar is a dump 2 blocks away.

Me and and daughter to 8 kids to the city museum And the union station and the arch... it was great walking distance to all!!!... it was a great weekend thank you

Reasonable Location Close to the Arch but few restaurants nearby, no markets. But most hotels in Saint Louis are in this region, so location OK. Large, quiet room with large safe and Wi-Fi. Medium sized gym, just enough. Breakfast: the difference is the omelettes made by order, being guests able to choose ingredients. The rest not so much, It could have more fruit and yogurt. But it's typical American breakfast. Highlight for the evening reception, with good drinks options and good tasteful snacks. Efficient ,friendlystaff Small issues, but overall very good hotel.

10 minute queues for omelette.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.

Breakfast was great, the omelette station had a wonderful woman preparing the omelettes, very personable. Location was great, very close to many attractions we had planned to visit.

Parking, having to use valet at $45 per night was steep considering the cost of the room, should have been included in the hotel price. The bed's matteresses could use an upgrade, not very plush compared to other hotels I have stayed in with a much cheaper rate.
