The friendly staff. Very clean
There were no food vending machines in the hotel at all. Food shops closed at 11. We arrived at 10:45 and we were hungry after traveling for 7 hours for a funeral. If we had known there were no food vending machines we would have stopped somewhere before arriving at the hotel.

We likes being downtown, nice bar ect
Our room was still dirty. For 500 buck you would think they could spend some on training for cleaning crew. The bath still had hair on the floor, did not vacuum and if it. Was still filthy. I have cleaned houses for 35yrs and know my shit . We had double bed room and the one bed was so worn out that my back was pissed off for hrs and the bedding left ALOT to be desired. Not sure if we will stay again...
