Disappointed

The room had a beautiful view of Busch Stadium.

Room wasn’t touched for 2 days even tho I requested for my room to be cleaned

Clean room but way too loud if you need a good night sleep.

The room was clean and the location was great. Also, most of the staff was courteous and polite. The restaurant downstairs was convenient with good food.

When we first got there, they couldn't locate our reservation and insisted that I was lying to them about having a reservation which was made 2 days prior. They must have told me that I just made the reservation within the last few minutes although I showed them the confirmation email from 2 days prior. Wasted about 30 minutes while they figured it out. Besides the reservation being messed up and given no explanation or apology, the venue was so loud and I will never stay there again. The first night, there was a concert or something going on until 3AM.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Stadion. Sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Anfahrt problemlos.

Perfect view of the courtyard where the Battle of the Bags was being held AFTER we moved rooms. The Courtyard view room we booked wasn’t exactly the courtyard, so we upgraded to the suite for the perfect view.

Overall our stay was enjoyable and relaxing

On the morning of our departure, the room attendant knocked on the door, announcing herself, and awakened us out of a sound sleep around 7:45 am. Why??? The evening before as we were trying to sleep, very loud singing and music right outside our window kept us awake. Fortunately, it was only till around 9:00 pm

Hotel was stunning, staff are super friendly and helpful! would highly recommend. Location is good, hotel food is amazing and I will be returning when im next in St Louis.

Superb

I am huge on smells (fragrances) and Live by Loews smelt terrific as soon as you walked in. It is the most amazing-smelling hotel I have been to. Anyways our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, so much to do in the area. I will definitely visit again.

Dont lie to your customers

The building was nice as far as decor and the staff seemed nice as well, coffee in the restaurant was decent and the shower in our room had plenty room and the location was great

I didn't like the fact that I was told my room was going to be upgraded to a vice president's suite because of our celebration of getting married which was what we were told but the room was most certainly not upgraded. It was the same room I paid for which I guess is not a big deal other than the fact that I was lied to.... the underwear in the bathroom that didn't belong to us was super disgusting on the handles in the bathroom it looked like either rust or dried blood didn't touch those ended up just laying on clothes on the couch in the living room area. The bed was hard and there was no microwave in a "Vice Presidential Suite". The coffee in the room was not good at all it tasted burnt, it was one of those Keurig one-cup coffee machines so I guess maybe it just makes it like that. Surround sound on both of the TVs that you couldn't get to work, it was cold in our room we had the heat on the entire time and it never got up to 73° in the room which is what I set it for
