Everything was good. I wasn't there to hang out in the hotel, so I slept in the bed, used the shower, and had breakfast. All of it was fine. The ice maker worked. The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out.
We paid for breakfast to be included, but it wasn't clear how that worked, since there was a bistro with food for purchase. That aspect could be clearer.

The room was nice, the AC worked well. The shower was great and there were adequate towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and good access to the highway,
The pillows were of poor quality. I was under the impression from the listing on the booking website that breakfast was included, it wasn't. I had to pay to park in the lot in front of the hotel. I needed to make a change to my reservation but was notable to contact the property directly. They have outsourced reservations and I had to cancel and re-book my reservations to make the changes I needed to. When I tried to call, after several minutes of dealing with a really useless BOT, I got a human who's accent was so thick I could not understand it. We were there for 2 nights, the maid service did nothing in our room after our first night.
