Parking was a bit difficult. We were on motorcycles. But the resolved our situation quickly.

The beds were comfy and I loved having a walk in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful
I didn’t like the entrance. We didn’t really have a space to park to check in without being in the middle of the road.

Tru is my absolute go to hotel when I visit St. Louis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I come once a year to watch a hockey game and this hotel is in the best location. I park my car and then walk to all the locations I need. And as a tip to anyone staying there, you have to check out the library just across the street. Its absolutely beautiful.
There are a lot of homeless and drugged out people on the streets but I have never had any issues with anyone but if you're sensitive to that kind of thing just be prepared to see it.

The breakfast was very nice, good eggs, good coffee.
No towels in our room when we first arrived. We asked several times, and still no towels. We had to go to the front desk and bug them, and then only got 2 bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels until we went back down to hunt them down.
