My stay would have been very good except for the noise.

The facility and room were very clean and comfortable. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the event I was attending.

The downtown area was very noisy on the weekend There was a lot of loud vehicles racing around late at night. It was hard to sleep because of the noise.

The staff was very polite and accommodating!

Check in process was smooth. I enjoyed the Staff, Location, City views, Comfy bed, adjustable TV and Modern pull out sofa. I liked the amount of outlets available in the room and lighting options. I also liked that there are Plenty of Ice Machines on odd number floors. Also the Hotel halls/lobby etc always smelled great!

I didn't like the amount of hangers available, the very low toilet seat, no counter space in the bathroom. This would be an awesome hotel if it had balconies. I also feel the price for the breakfast daily is expensive. I also was disappointed that they don't provide a Netflix account so customers can watch Netflix without a personal subscription. I was hoping they would have some Beyonce decorations up since the hotel was flooded with BeeHive Fans lol

We wanted something within walking distance of Busch stadium. We actually pulled into the wrong Marriott and used valet

It was very clean and convenient. I loved the room arrangement— it was small, but seemed spacious!

Professional and courteous staff. Loved location. Near Busch Stadium and Arch.

Breakfast not included and was expensive. Clean room, comfortable beds. Great restaurants near hotel.

Great place to stay

Easy check in. Central location to all the tourist attractions and only about 13 minute walk to the baseball stadium. Incredibly clean and quiet room given that it was in the middle of downtown.

A pool would have been the cherry on top after a long hot day of walking.

I will stay there again

Breakfast was delicious 😋 Dale was our server.. He's been there 33 years..he was awesome !! Location to Busch Stadium is spot on!! You are right there.

Cardinals could have won all 3 games instead of just 1.. LOL

Convenient to many restaurants and walking distance to the ballpark.

The pillows were not great. We had no microwave in our room.

We did not have hot water the entire stay had get up early and go to a family members house to shower for the money I paid unacceptable then to be told everybody probably taking a shower a the same .That a smack in the face totally disrespectful!!!!!!!!! .My plans were totally ruined.

Superb

Very convenient to both the football and baseball stadiums, walkable. Very good selection of tasty food and refreshing libations at several restaurants nearby. Near to a Metrolink station, and 24minute walk to the train station.

The location

Needs more staff. Valet took 1 hour and a half to get car.

Superb

I was there for the conference and you would think that they would know to have extra staff on. We have been there once before with our conference. They were very short staffed and took almost 3 hours to get something to eat. They have known for a few years that we were coming and they should plan ahead.
