Clean environment and friendly staff.
Food was AWFUL!!! I know hotel food is not great but this was definitely not even edible.

Breakfast bar was amazing! The first day they seemed to struggle to keep up, but after that they were on it!
Your front desk employe Nathaniel took my maintenance issue. The dish washer had standing water in the bottom ( we did not use this on our stay) and was leaking out everywhere. Pretty large amounts I was controlling with all the towels we had in the room. It was 2 hours later before I went back downstairs and he never even told maintenance. My husband had to scoop out all the water with a small trash can to get it to stop leaking out. I wish I would hav gotten the other guys name, he was very kind as smoothing everything over. Nathaniel got extremely defensive and rude. I asked him to get some extra towels and never got those either until we went backdown stairs and got them at the desk.

It was clean, comfy, and staff was friendly and helpful. Location had great access to the places we wanted to go and was very quiet. Pool was very clean and well kept. Breakfast had good options. Room was great.

Check in was easy , parking lot felt safe . Rooms were decent size , overall ok . Bed was comfortable .
Pillows were too flat and only 3 on a king bed . Also only 3 full size towels in the bathroom . No bedding set for pull out but no issue getting from staff . Carpet could use a cleaning. Pool for sure needs a cleaning. Breakfast is what you'd expect but the cleanliness was so off . Had to get a few plates and utensils before finding a clean one and no one was wiping down the counters by food/coffee area .
