we stay at four seasons all over the world but this st Louis FS had the least top notch customer service. I would stay at the ritz next time. front desk staff was amazing. restaurant staff and one valet was rude and lacked training. I would never hire them for one of my businesses.

From check in to check out, we were satisfied with our experience. The hotel was inviting, courteous, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and encourage you to continue with the valet and welcome crew at the front. It makes all the difference to arriving guests. Thank you.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities and rooms, excellent spa. Thank you!

Our stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis was top-notch! The highlights included clean, comfy beds, super quiet rooms, a fantastic view of The Arch, the best rooftop pool and hot tub ever and very friendly staff! The only drawback was getting a little lost in the hotel and having to ask for directions alot (it is a huge hotel and it was a first-time stay) and parking was a bit spendy ($49 for overnight valet parking). This hotel is adult, not kid-friendly, which made for a quiet, relaxing getaway! Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

It is without a doubt the worst four seasons I have ever stayed in around the world. It is dirty- it smells like old cigarette smoke- it is next to a casino- the rooms are more like a Hilton (even the suites)- just atrocious.

This was the worst Four Seasons I have ever been to -- it does not live up to the expectation of the brand. The location is horrible. While it overlooks the arch from one side, they have barricades to block out how awful the rest of the surrounding neighborhood is. The Horseshoe casino adjacent to the property is smelly, run-down and detracts from the hotel. The driveway is bumpy and dirty and it is right next to a highway and an urban wasteland with bags of trash piled up. The rooms are fine and room service was fine, but nothing is walkable and there are no restaurants nearby that one could choose. It wouldn't feel safe to do so. When I asked the concierge for advice, he said he just moved here, which would seem to make him not the best person for that type of job. His lunch recommendation was not good and far away. Finally, our room was not ready when we arrived at 2pm, but the hotel seemed empty. They made us upgrade for $60 to get into a room. Overall, very disappointing -- I would not return.

I mean this was THE PERFECT mother/daughter trip. We went to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding. We had dinner and drinks at the outdoor rooftop bar and the next day we got the full on spa treatment at the spa which was fantastic and the nicest spa set up we had ever been to.
From the minute we stepped out of the car upon arrival to the minute we got back in the car for departure every employee encounter was top notch.
I’m back home now and planning my next trip there with my husband.
Thank you for a beautiful and memorable stay.

The customer service was hands down one of the best that I've ever experienced in my life. From the moment I pulled up to the entrance until I departed.
The only reason the overall rating was not a five was because I was not sure if I got sick from eating the food there or not. First, I want to say the breakfast was awesome. The meal was served 15 minutes ahead of schedule and the person delivering the meal was very polite, respectful, and professional. The meal itself was delicious!! I enjoyed every bite of it and the fruit toppings tasted very fresh like it was picked out of the garden that morning.
Now, I hate to place blame on anyone when it comes to food, but later that day, I had diarrhea really bad. I ate my meal at approximately 10:20 am and the diarrhea started about 2:52 pm. My breakfast consisted of waffles with strawberries and blueberries, syrup, pork sausages, butter, and a glass of water. The night before, I had a coke and red bull from the refrigerator at about 6:00 pm. i went to the Beyonce concert and around 8:30 pm ate a hotdog, chips, and a bud light. Later at the Horshoe Casino, I had a cup of rootbeer from the beverage center. After I left the hotel the next day. I went to a Circle K and bought a bottle of Fiji water. So, I am not sure, if it was the food from the hotel or from someplace else. I just wanted you to be aware.

Beautiful building and amenities but terrible service. Nightlight was flickering as soon as we arrived late and was on hold for a long time to just get to front desk (everytime i called) and then was told someone would come fix it. Never came and we wanted to go to the casino but waited so long we ended up not going. Then 2nd say needs made but no towel refresh, cup or coffee or creamer refills and had to call next morning for it. When checking out asked to come to deal which I had to challenge twice before being allowed to check out by calling. I can’t believe we paid so much money for such poor service. Did appreciate late check out.

Gorgeous property with top of the class amenities. Clean room, beautifully designed and furnished, lavish amenities. Cannot complain about a single thing. Extremely pleasant staff.

This is a great hotel. The pool area is stunning. We really enjoyed standing outside and watching boats on the river. The adjacent area to the north is a bit abandoned though, and our Google maps kept routing us through barricaded off streets, thinking we could access the hotel from them.

Near a no tell motel and connected to a casino

We arrived early and they got us into our room before normal check in times.

Beautiful location, weirdly next to a casino. However, the Starbucks closes at 3 pm??? Tried to check-in, they couldn’t find my reservation. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant - which was the only reason I kept my cool throughout my entire stay. She was able to charge the exact amount and got a room pretty quickly.
The in-room dining was the highlight of the hotel. Good variety and well-made items. Service, however, was terrible. Asked for turn-down service in-person, by phone, and TO THE MAID on the floor of my room. Never received it during my two nights. Really was a turn-off considering that I tipped bartenders, valet pretty well prior. Beautiful pool and rooftop lounge/bar area with an indoor/outdoor venue.
Regardless, it is in a better, less crowded area of the city right next to the baseball stadium versus the Ritz if you are looking for 5-star hotel level accommodations. Stay here but be on top of them with regards to service.

I enjoyed my stay here overall.

For 2 days out of my 4 days stay my room was not cleaned. We left at 7am and when we came back at 3pm it still was not done. The housekeeper alleged that she had to clean the rooms for in coming guests first. Another factor was how rude and disconnected the front desk staff was. You could not believe you were staying at a Four Seasons by their demeanor to their guests. I was highly disappointed at the level of service for the high price being paid.

The property was very nice and the room felt luxurious. We were able to take advantage of an upgrade opportunity which provided us with a corner room with a view of the river which was amazing. We had appetizers and drinks at Cinder House which the ambiance is very inviting and comfortable, especially near the fireplace. And we had room service for dinner. It was such a great time in the hotel that we didn't leave to explore downtown at all. Great time overall and definitely recommending to my friends and family.

I've been there about a dozen times over the years. Wonderful "oasis." Terrific service. Frank and the valets always take care of me. Leila at the front desk and Hope in the restaurant? Terrific people who represent the soul of service.

Loved every single aspect of my weekend, with exception of spa hours. I was unable to check in until nearly 430p, so I was unable to use spa services an hour my first day. I booked this hotel for the spa.

The property is great. But they never announced the pool was closed, the spa and jacuzzi are only open from 9 to 5.

there are not enough great things I can say about this property and the staff. during a very challenging week, back and forth to the hospital taking care of a loved one, I was so well taken care of. 5-star experience for sure!
