We had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Rizia.

The property is lovely. Very well maintained, well appointed and clean. Our apartment was spacious and the bed comfortable. The owners and their son Alex were very kind and helpful. Alex took us to the local supermarket to buy food as we didn’t have a car. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves for most of the stay.

The patio door lock in our room was broken, but security was maintained by putting a block of wood in the running groove so it couldn’t be opened. Crude but effective.

Good value

Handy for going to wedding at a nearby 5 star resort and a hell of a lot cheaper. Lovely well kept gardens. Nearby bus stop back to Rhodes Town. 5 mins walk to several restaurants. Terrace outside rooms.

Aircon seemed a bit temperamental, but maybe I was pressing wrong buttons!

The place is absolutelly amazing. VERY CHARMING apartments in the very clean and green area. The owners are very kind and warm... with their breakfast they let you feel a real greek family atmospher. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED PLACE!!!

Great welcome and friendly owners. Lovely setting and gardens. Well placed for several local tavernas. About 10-15 minute stroll to the beach. 2 minutes to bus stop for trips to Rhodes and Lindos. Clean, fresh apartment. Nice quiet pool with views to the hills. Let us check-out late as we had an evening flight. 👍😀

Cozy safe haven close to everything

The friendliness of the owners was exceptional. They helped us in everything we needed and were very flexible. Angela and Sotirious truly made us feel welcomed and at home in their cozy premizes. The Villa was a safe haven where to relax after the days' activities.

We have no complaints whatsoever. If you are expecting an all-inclusive resort, this might not be for you, but for a cozy bed and breakfast with hosts that truly look after you, look no further.

The location and hosts are wonderful. We can reach the nearest beach and supermarket by food. The suite was clean and spacious.

Lovely Apartment and rooms.

Great swimming pool and location. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the owners (despite the language barrier, us English, them German) were lovely and friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was the bed wasn't very comfortable and really creaky. So creaky that we woke each other up when moving about at night.

Amazing owners, hospitality. The place is great. Our stay was very pleasant. We would stay again here.

Only to be aware is a car is needed if you want to stay In kolimpia to have a comfortable journey.

Beautiful villa..

Really good location, close to many beaches. The place is peaceful with beautiful gardens and a nice swimming pool. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owners are fantastic and gave us lots of information about the island!!

Beautiful, friendly & clean villa.

A beautiful villa & spacious, comfortable rooms, really friendly helpful hosts, quiet location, a short walk (10 minutes) from the main shopping street & 15minutes from a very nice beach. Great location- lots to do.

This is a quiet, family run hotel with a small, swimming pool suitable for swimming lengths & loungers in a beautiful location, for adults who want to relax. So not for teenagers/ people wanting loud music & a party atmosphere! For me it was perfect!:)

It wasn’t a vacation, it was home

Not many places can make you fell home as Villa Rizia. The place is spotless, everything is curated in every detail, Angela and Bobi are welcoming, helpful and always going the extra mile. With no doubt whenever heading back to Rhodes we will back here, without second thoughts or further research

I reccomend the stay.

The hosts were really very nice and kind. The room was well equipped, clean, with two outside seating (east and west oriented) which was pleasant. We enjoyed the stay.

Clean and tidy

Homely, clean accommodation with impeccably maintained pool and gardens. Ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday with restaurants, bars and George’s shop just 5 minutes away.

angela and bobi ,the hosts, are so nice freindly and helpful, the place is perfect for a calm peacefull vacation in rhodes, near everything in kolimbiya, a beutiful clear and inviting swwiming pool, all the seraunding very clean and green. we felt very welcome, and surly come back again
