Approximately 1450 square foot air conditioned home with vaulted ceiling located in quiet cul-de-sac. Ceramic tile and wood flooring. Double wide driveway. Landscaping around pool with several palm trees to give you that tropical feeling. 6' privacy fence lined by trees. There is a RING doorbell camera upon arrival and an easy access panel. Master Bedroom has King bed, flat screen TV, private bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has Queen Bed with flat screen TV. Third bedroom with Queen bed. Living Room has a 70" flat screen TV with cable. Wireless broadband, secured. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, stove, large refrigerator with ice and filtered water on door, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Washer & dryer to freshen your linens as often as you like. Breakfast table. The pool is heated with an electric heater in the cold months. Patty's home was perfect for our girls'weekend away!! We could not get enough of the backyard area and pool. Everything was clean and well-stocked. It met our needs perfectly and Patty was super responsive any time I reached out the her. The home was close to the beach and an easy drive to downtown. Would absolutely consider staying here again. The house was nice..the location was great. The storm door fell off..not forced off and I saw it was installed with galvanized finish nails. I have photos because I knew this was going to be a wayvto charge me for fixing the door. If the door was installed properly with proper screws which is how you install any door we would not be having this question. I didn’t know I have to have a home inspection before I rent a home from vrbo. Not pleased with this at all.

The property was perfect ! It was great and it’s close to the beach. Charleston is very close to about a 15 min drive or so. The property owner had everything important you could need . Kids had things to play with at the pool which made it so much fun for them. Truly a treasure to stay at this property.

This property was amazing! It was pretty close to just about anything you want to do. The pool was one of the best parts. The kitchen was the best stock kitchen I have ever seen when we have stayed anywhere. The private backyard was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Patty’s Island. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect from the beach and to the baseball fields. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and especially the pool. Patty had everything we needed for the week. The beds were also very comfortable. We highly recommend this property for families.

This was our first vacation in years with our adult children - was absolutely perfect! The house was perfect - clean and the perfect location for us! My son and husband did patriot point and my daughter and I did the Angel tree and some retail therapy. Spectacular beaches - we shall return!

We were in town for a wedding at Boone Hall Plantation. The rental was 3 mi away from wedding venue plus 5 min away from many different dining options, grocery store, etc. The kids loved the pool and we would stay there again if we were to come back to Charleston.

Our family enjoyed a great week at Patty's rental house in Mount Pleasant, SC, just across the Ravenel Bridge from Charleston, SC. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths the house was perfect for 3 adults, 2 teens and a 9-year-old. The best part was the private backyard with large pool. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the house was a great location for shopping, dining out and sightseeing in Charleston. We toured the SC Aquarium again and took a carriage ride in Charleston. My husband and the teen boys toured the Yorktown Battleship at Patriot's Point just a couple of miles from the house. The beach at Isle of Palms County Park was only 3 miles from the house. I shopped at antique shops in Mount Pleasant and grocery stores were minutes away for stocking the kitchen with the food we needed for the week. My husband grilled several meals on the gas grill on the patio. We had breakfast and dinner at the outdoor table several times. The house was clean and check-in with keyless entry was easy.

The house was just lovely. A bit dated, but perfect for a weekend in SC. We did thoroughly enjoy the pool! The only thing that could have been a bit nicer was the front room across from the master was super hot when the door was closed. Truly a wonderful weekend. Thank you to Patty!!
