Located in The Bight Settlement, this attractive villa for $2,971 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Rejuvenate in Caribbean classical grandeur at an elegant three-story beachfront estate on Grace Bay Beach. Grace Bay is voted “World’s Top Beach” year after year. Everyone is happy with room selection at Beach Villa Paprika, because the 5 spacious bedroom suites are equal in size. Each master suite has a beautiful water view, a private patio/balcony with outdoor furniture, and an en-suite bathroom. Villa Paprika sleeps 12 people comfortably with 7 king beds. There are 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The covered, poolside dining table comfortably seats 12 to 14 people and is perfect for large groups and special celebrations. The indoor table seats 10. Enjoy the outdoor grill and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, or hire a villa chef or catering service to prepare memorable dining experiences. Villa Paprika balances grand social spaces with secluded quiet places to help guests both connect and retreat on vacation. The location serves a wide variety of personal interests. Enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters and sugary beach sand with 3 oceanfront decks with shade umbrellas, sunbathing chaises, tables and chairs. Look for dolphins and sea rays while relaxing on the deck in the early morning! Wooden boardwalks separate the decks supporting secluded areas for meditation, private conversations, and reading. Smith’s Reef is literally steps off shore directly in front of the villa. It is voted “the island’s best snorkeling reef close to shore”. Explore an ocean playground with hundreds of fish species, or relax in the villa’s large 35’ x 15’ saltwater heated pool. The coral stone pool terrace is surrounded by beautiful flowers, coconut palms, sunbathing chaises, and a shade gazebo. There’s a shallow kiddie pool for young children and a “Pottery Barn Kids” play kitchen on the 3rd floor. Beach walkers love Grace Bay Beach for tranquil miles of perfect sand and pristine turquoise waters. Villa Paprika’s beach has ample soft, sugary sand. Water shoes are recommended for the narrow strip of rocks close to shore which may be slippery when wet. Adventure seekers find many ocean excursion boats close by with an easy walk to Turtle Cove Marina. Villa Paprika’s location offers excellent dining options. Walk a 1/4 mile to the Shark Bite Restaurant or Baci Italian Ristorante. Walk a 1/3 mile to eat at Smokey’s Sports Bar or Jammin’ Gelato. Walk a 1/2 mile to Magnolia Restaurant and Wine Bar for beautiful sunset dining or to Mango Reef for fine dining on the marina with festive lights. (some close in Sept.) Take a 3-mile trip into town for upscale shopping, gift shops, art boutiques, and more dining options. Cabs are easy to obtain with a phone call. Scooter Bob’s is a short 1/2 mile from the villa, and they rent bikes and scooters. There are 6 flat screen smart televisions,3 washing machines, 4 dryers, SONOS Sound system with indoor/outdoor speakers, indoor/outdoor and high-speed internet. Guests traveling with young children may request complimentary set up of the villa’s baby crib, pack-n-play, high chair, or rollaway twin beds. Bedroom 1 (“Dolce Vita”) – 1 king bed, 1st floor convenience, largest master bath with shower, french doors open to pool area, intimate and partial view of the ocean Bedroom 2 (“Speranza”) – 1 king bed, 2nd floor, large shower, spectacular wood-beamed ceiling, ensuite couch & chairs, private covered balcony with 2 cushioned arm chairs and ottoman, full view of the ocean Bedroom 3 (“Belleza”) – 2 king beds, 2nd floor, bathtub/shower unit, large private covered balcony with chaise, dining table, 2 cushioned chairs and ottoman, full view of the ocean Bedroom 4 (“Serenitá”) – 1 king bed, 2nd floor, large shower, private covered balcony with cushioned arm chairs and ottoman, writing desk, ensuite couch & chairs, full view of the ocean Bedroom 5 (“Bella Vista”) –2 king beds, 3rd floor, oversized shower, large private sun and shade balcony with sunbathing chaise, dining table, 3 cushioned chairs and ottomans, spectacular ocean view and best location for sunsets and star gazing, children’s play kitchen area is outside room (also on 3rd floor) Note: The AC is metered on a separate meter located in the laundry room. You will be shown the meter at check-in and are given the first $400 per week of AC cost for stays in the months of November to April and $200 per week for the months of May to October at no charge; beyond that you will be charged actual costs at current rate per kilowatt hour. AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. There are 8 separate air conditioning systems in the villa to allow guests individual adjustment of AC in occupied rooms. The pool heater is optional and guest may split the $400/$200 AC allotment to heat the pool in cooler months. Villa Paprika is generally offered by the week on a Saturday to Saturday basis. One midweek cleaning included for every 7 nights stay.

Turtle Cove (aka Villa Paprika) was perfect for our long-planned multigenerational family holiday. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-stocked and well-located right on the beach. Jona, our management agent, was responsive throughout the booking process and throughout our stay. Great memories!

We came with 82 year old mom and large extended family. All loved the place, is as advertized with great Convenience design touches and small features that make you stay extremely enjoyable. Of note beach to swim in easier is a short walk but in front of the place ia a great beach it just is rocky in the water, shortly to the left is an amazing reef for snorkling, tons of widlife and bigger fish, like turtles, and a harmless shark :), we had one issue while there and the staff handled it beautifully!

We stayed at Paprika Villa in June of 2019. This house is the best house we've ever rented! It is right on the beach. The rooms are all spacious and the king beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for large groups. The pool is the perfect size. They cleaned the house 3 times while we were there. This place is immaculate, and close enough to get to all the main attractions on Provo. I highly recommend this house to anyone!
