About this apartment rental
Our beautiful condo that is right on the beaches of Playa Del Carmen speaks for itself! With an amazing ocean view from virtually anywhere in the kitchen, living room and dining area it just doesn't get much better. The second floor balcony that overlooks the beach is a great place to relax after a meal or just to sit and enjoy yourself. Only a few steps and you can be standing on the silky soft sand of the beach with the ocean at your feet! Being located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen has you within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, nightlife and most popular of all, the world famous shopping of 5th Avenue. All of your basic needs can be fulfilled in close distance including groceries and any supplies that you may desire. There are many options in the area for day excursions such as deep sea fishing, tours to places like the Ruins of Tulum, catamaran tours as well as the theme parks Excaret! and Xel-ha. A short walk down the beach and you can catch a ferry out to Cozumel and check out this impressive little island, very well known for it's scuba diving!
The condo itself is fully equipped including 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It will sleep 4 as well as having a pull-out sofa to sleep 6 if desired. All of your cooking can be done in the fully appointed kitchen that sits next to a wide open dining area. All rooms are beautifully furnished in a classic style offering comfort at any time of the day.

If you are looking for a location in the heart of Playa del Carmen and right on the beach, this is a great place. The layout is fantastic and the host is very helpful and responsive. The location is above a restaurant an next door to another club/restaurant, so you have the benefit sometimes lf really good music. When the music is not great, it typically quieted down around 10pm. Otherwise the bedrooms were pretty soundproof and made sleeping pretty easy. I really enjoyed getting up early and seeing the sunrise.

Great stay, Great location, very spacious, Great food right under us at Zenzi, great bars, beach super close, wallking distance to everything and ferry to Cozumel is only a 10 mins walk, I would definitely stay again, thanks for having us.

The location makes it so worth it. Your in the middle of everything. However, the issues with the actual stay were not great. There was no remote for the a/c in the master bedroom so there was a bright a/c light that made it hard to sleep. I asked but there was no remote. The television in the master was not working and nothing could be done about that. The cleaing during the stay was great. It would be nice to know that there is ONLY a washer but no dryer so things stay wet and musty. But other than that, the place is awesome.
