I cannot endorse enough the host for this property - so thoughtful, kind, responsive, caring, and genuine. She thought of EVERYTHING. Arrived to chocolate and flowers, a comprehensive book for how to use the home and where to go in Boulder, and just the sweetest space with endless character. I wish I could have stayed a year. Worth every penny.

My husband and I spent a month at this cute bungalow in Boulder. We had several rounds of guests during that time. Everyone loved it—so close to Pearl Street and the boutique Whole Foods Ideal Market. Lots of nice restaurants in Boulder as well as vistas, hikes, and drives. This house was the perfect location for everything.

There’s so much to say… From the moment we walked through the fabulously crafted wooden gate into the GARDENS of Bungalow Asio, we knew; This is THE place to be. THEN, the rest of the experience also exceeded expectations. Donna is now a good friend and balanced hanging out with being very attentive to our needs. She offered so many ways to improve our stay - starting with chocolate and wine, to making sure the bikes were just right, to bringing books over that our son would like…We were so happy to have her close by as well - we loved getting to know her ❤️ The beds were SO comfortable and the rooms were just right. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with the perfect equipment. We didn’t need a thing (though I suggested a frother would be fun for morning coffee). The location is too notch - biking or walking everywhere was key. We often went into town or hiked up Sanitas or biked to Ideal Market. The location couldn’t be better because we were close to everything yet also had a personal oasis in the front AND back yard. We will certainly be back. We miss is already ❤️ Thank you for making BA so special, Donna. Xoxo

We decided to move the tent to Boulder for a month, working remotely but also hiking and running. The house was perfect for two of us and for one week, family (couple). We loved the house - just the fight balance of coziness and neatness - and found the kitchen perfect for cooking. You know those rentals where there are inexplicable kitchen appliance parts that don't fit together? That's not this house. Here, everything you need is here and it all works. The location was great for us, giving us places to run if we were in a rush but letting us get out of town quickly for more scenic runs and hikes.

We had a wonderful time in Donna’s home. The Asio house is so cute!!! We stayed for almost 3 months and felt right at home. And, the master bed is really comfortable. The house is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen is super well stocked. There is everything you need. And, both the front and backyard are amazing! The neighborhood is lovely and really close to the trails, downtown and supermarket. Highly recommend:)
