About this house rental
If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities this is the prime location. Located 10 miles outside Quincy in the Beautiful Bucks Lake Wilderness area, just a few miles to Bucks Lake or to Silver Lake. An excellant place to stage as a snowmobilers paradise in the winter, or a boaters retreat in the summer.
After a long day in the wilderness relax on the deck in the back or on the second story porch and enjoy the mountain air. Then go to the first floor to create a wonderful meal in the tiled kitchen, eat at either the dining room or breakfast nook, then enjoy a movie in the living room. As the day winds down go upstairs and light a fire in the family room fireplace, them retire to one of the three bedrooms. Two have queen beds and direct access to the porch. The third is the master suite with a king bed and private tiled bath. You will be amazed at how quiet the area is. Wake up refreshed and travel to the local lakes or hiking area.
If you need to store large items, an oversized garage is available for snowmobiles or your boating equipment. Washer/Dryer, microwave, TV, and games are all ready to be used.
The house is located directly off the main Buck's Lake Road and is County Plowed in the winter. Large mature trees are abundant.

If you are looking for a place where family and/or friends can gather and enjoy one another’s company while taking in the fresh air among the tall trees, this is the place! The 3 full bathrooms, comfortable sized bedrooms and multiple seating areas provide space that makes it feel intimate but not crowded. Although most our meals were eaten elsewhere, the kitchen was comfortably sized to have those cooking and others mingling in the space together. The home’s proximity to beautiful Buck’s Lake affords more outside opportunities. I would caution those who get car sick or are unfamiliar with the habits of local wildlife to limit your travels to / from town, but otherwise the location is a great mountain getaway! The host Raymond was really responsive and accommodated a couple requests. The food and beverage treats upon our arrival were a nice surprise!!
