This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach with ocean view in every room. It is fully furnished two bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with exotic granite counter tops, brand new cabinets and nice matching appliances, new paint throughout the condo. Master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, separate full bathroom, nice brand new Smart 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, closet, as well as a nice dresser with a mirror and night stands with lamps. Second bedroom offers 2 comfortable queen size beds, 32 inch flat screen TV, WI-FI DVD player, dresser with a mirror, night stands with lamps, alarm clock/radio and a closet. Great room offers a brand new Smart 32 inch flat screen TV, WI-FI DVD player, newly reupholstered love seat and a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, brand new wood style floor tiles, bar style exotic counter top and a sliding door to the balcony for you to enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins. There is also a nice heated saltwater swimming pool with a retractable roof. Building offers off-street parking and secure carded access. Cozy private sundeck on the rooftop overlooking the ocean if you would like to catch some rays in privacy. Nice private and updated fitness center overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. Condo is conveniently located right on the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet (right around the corner) which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski and boat rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. We rented this property for 3 months Jan., Feb., March)and couldn't ask for anything better. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The ocean view was priceless, dolphins, northern gannets, and pelicans right outside your door! Two huge bedrooms! The staff at the complex was very friendly and helpful. Simone was wonderful, very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

We came VA Beach to celebrate my wife’s sixtieth birthday. Our kids and granddaughter. The place clean, well decorated and cozy. We got to laugh, love and celebrate this special occasion at one of her favorite places. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The location at the end of the boardwalk near the inlet provided a nice spot to relax away from any crowd and/or noise further up the boardwalk. The condo unit was clean and pleasant, and provided an excellent viewpoint for sunrise and a full moon rising over the Atlantic. Though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well stocked had we wanted to. The condo size was appropriate for a party of 3 adults, or possibly 2 adults and 2 children. The living area was smaller than expected but still very welcoming and relaxing.
If there was one item I would consider an “issue” it was the assigned parking spot. After manipulating our Ford Explorer into the spot, it was difficult for me(the driver) to exit the vehicle. I am not a big person. Not sure how a larger person would make that work. Being the slow season I inquired at the front desk if I could uae a different spot. The answer was “no”. Unfortunate and I believe avoidable. But since this was the only issue, we made it work and enjoyed our stay despite this silly inconvenience.

It was wonderful to stay right on the beach and hear the ocean all the time. Even with the brisk weather we took walks with hardly anyone else about.

The condo was clean and well stocked, The view was amazing and we really enjoyed watching the dolphins as they came by several times each day. The location is perfect as we walked everywhere we went to eat and shop. It was great to park the car and not have to drive again until we left.

The location of the condo was perfect. On the boardwalk but away from the crowd, away from heavy traffic. The beach is clean, the water beautiful and it was fun watching the plentiful dolphins. Being right by Rudee’s inlet was cool watching the boats come in and out. But my favorite outdoor activity was watching the fighter jets overhead😎

This condo is in a great location with the beach right on the other side of the boardwalk and close to many great restaurants. The updated shower was large and good pressure. Kitchen has all the appliances you need. I would say the only issue was parking our 2nd car we had. It says if you call ahead you could reserve a space in their overflow parking. I did that no problem but when we arrived shortly after check in the person behind the desk said they were all full?!? No way to see that I called ahead. A little misleading. Exact fees were not disused. We ended up parking 6 blocks away in a parking garage for the week and paid around $130 overall. We needed the car twice. Simone was easy to talk with if needed.

Overall the place was great and spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The view and location were perfect! We were within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants. The only issues that we had during our stay were that the living room sofas could use a good cleaning and Dolphin Run was doing construction on their building. The construction could be heard in our condo early morning, there were notices to avoid using the balcony due to falling debris and the rooftop area was closed. It would have been appreciated if the construction was communicated to us prior to our arrival. Otherwise the host was very attentive and responsive! We would stay here again!

Great location, literally on beach and boardwalk but not really busy side. Exactly as advertised. Restaurants walking distance we loved Chix the best! Ac not able to cool condo very well and parking spot is TIGHT. We were towed for not displaying parking paper but all in all had an absolute ball - thanks Simone!

Was very nice. Had a surprise by being there for Beach It Festival and that was fabulous. Disappointed that there was no direct access to the beach. Had to walk around the outside of the building to get to the beach. Security was impeccable!! Always someone at the desk and everyone was so kind and helpful.

The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The unit was very clean and everything was as described in the listing. Views of beach and ocean were amazing. Saw dolphins swimming while eating breakfast! We would stay here again when visiting in the future!

Had stayed in the building the year before, but this condo was much nicer. Clean with wonderfully updated bathrooms. Also located on a high floor towards the end of the building allowing an unobstructed view down the beach and boardwalk. Located at the end of Atlantic Avenue, it is much quieter than farther up with several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was great overall. Super convenient location for the event we were attending. One word of caution, the parking space is kinda small so if you have a large truck (like F150/Tahoe size) it might be a VERY tight fit. Still a great time and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again!!

The unit has large bedrooms. The main bathroom has been refurbished. The master bathroom needs updating badly and is very small. The living area is small but looks larger because of a mirrored wall. The kitchen is quite tiny but doable for a week. The view is awesome and the condo is close to restaurants.

This condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, was far away from the elevator, and was very clean! The bedrooms are spacious, and both bathrooms have enough room to move. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We booked this oceanfront condo with another couple and loved our stay here! It is convenient to everything VA Beach has to offer, and the views from the condo are stunning. The other huge benefit is that both bedrooms have oceanfront views, so it is like having two master bedrooms! The front desk could not be more helpful and friendly. Will definitely return for another beach getaway!

This property was everything that it was described to be! The views were amazing. We saw so many dolphins every day! The condo was clean and had every amenity we needed throughout our stay. The only 'negative' was the dredge project ongoing on outside the condo, but we didn't intend on using the beach due to it still being chilly so it really didn't bother us. They did work all hours but the noise was minimal and the curtains blocked out their lights wonderfully. It was close to everything we wanted to do and just far enough away to be really quiet. We would definitely stay at this property again!
