Non disclosure of a pet will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard. -House trained dog under 20 lbs/cat ok. Inquire if unsure or if have more than 1 animal. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence -No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if animal hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well. -No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes. -Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy.
