It was good because of the places and restaurants we visited.

We liked our room, the breakfast was good, and most staff members were friendly.

Our toilet broke twice and after the second time we were changed to another room. Our room was not cleaned until the third day and we had to keep asking for fresh towels and pick up the trash ourselves.

Always a great time!

It’s a great location nearby our family and not far to travel to other cities, north or south. Very convenient. Friendly staff, nice to have a good breakfast every morning.

The carpets in the room were just ok. Kept our slippers or shoes on walking around. Thats it.

"Not my fault, you need to check with booking"

Its recent build. Rooms are ok.

After showing that we booked two single rooms with two bathrooms, frontdesk gave us a suite with two rooms but 1 bathroom, of lesser value. After receiving the room, the filters of ac where not in place. The hairdryer was missing. In the morning for breakfast, the floor was sleepery because it was cleaned during breakfast time.

I'll be back

The location was excellent for what we had planned. We only ate breakfast there once but it was very good, lots to choose from. Specialty coffee maker was over the top and available 24/7. Pool was nice and the water warm

Exceptional

The beds are super comfy, and the bathroom is beautiful. The shower had excellent pressure. It looks like the room was recently renovated. We really enjoyed the new espresso machine in the lobby, and I was glad to see a Keurig coffee maker in the room! The complimentary breakfast was also outstanding as well as a savings. They have real scrambled eggs and bacon, plus a waffle maker!

The air conditioning unit in our room made the temperature nicely cool, but it also raised the humidity making the carpet damp and strange to walk upon with bare feet.

Great if you like sleeping in mold

Location is good, staff was fine.

Smell of mold and mildew was overpowering. Woke every morning with severe sinus congestion and migraine due to the mold and mildew. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Superb

The included breakfast was good. The lady who staffed the breakfast room was attentive and helpful.

Only one sheet (a flat) and one pillow were provided for the pull out sofa.

This hotel is owned/operated by Capt. Hiram's. Location to everything very convenient.

Location was good and breakfast served was adequate and coffee options exceeded expectations.

The entire entire stay we received no housekeeping service despite leaving our room and not placing a DND on the door. The towels provided were extremely thin and pretty much non-absorbant.

Excellent customer service, extremely clean rooms, amazing breakfast - we absolutely love this hotel

The breakfast at the Best Western Plus is beyond outstanding! The variety of food, from hot to cold and everything in between is amazing. We have stayed here before and Shannon always goes above and beyond to keep all the guests happy and consistently restocks the food, keeps the area spotless and is courteous and so sweet! We can't wait to come back!

disappointing

there wasn’t much to like about this property.

the rooms were awful. the smelled terrible and everything was damp inside. the carpet, beds, and sofa were all damp and everybting metal had rust on it from the obvious moisture problem. They were overbooked and could only offer us two towels for our family of 5.

Young lady in breakfast area was the nicest employee you have. She should represent you at the desk.

Breakfast was nice. The young lady attending the food was very friendly.

The check in lady was not friendly, and we had to wait nearly an HOUR while she was in a meeting with “the big boss”. At least five guests were awaiting a person capable of the check in process. Towels should be refreshed daily and one 1/2 ounce bottle of shampoo is beyond cheap! We both had short hair and one shampoo is not enough for one person let alone two. Road sign is difficult to see and weird hill to enter the driveway

Disappointed

We had to change rooms due to a persistent and horrible smell. We were given Room 109 which was next to the front desk and noisy. I tried to discuss this with the manager but could not connect. I called the hotel four times since and no return call.
