Enter into the living/dining area with the ocean front balcony, next you have the kitchen equipped with an open counter where you can continue enjoying that view, stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full on suite, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin size beds, second full bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. Flat screen TV in living room area with Wi-Fi internet and one TV in each bedroom. The building is centrally located offering 24 hour security, assigned under ground parking to the unit, coin laundry facility in Lobby area, in common area you have BBQ grills, gazebo, exercise bikes, playground, pool, basketball and tennis courts. It is only about 5 minutes by car from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, accessible public transportation to the Old City and the rest of San Juan Metro area. Nearby there are 24 Hours supermarkets, one block away a 24/7 CVS Pharmacy and a 24/7 Walgreens Pharmacy right across the street on Isla Verde Avenue. In walking distance to mayor hotels such as, Intercontinental Hotel, El San Juan Hotel, The Embassy Suites, The Ritz Carlton, Marriot Courtyard - where you can enjoy fine dining, music and casinos, local restaurants offering Puerto Rican cuisine and for that quick bite, well known fast food restaurants. You will find everything at hand to make that home away from home enjoyable and relaxing and also prefect for business travelers.

Great location! Close to everything and the beach is right behind the building and easy to get to. The place was nicely kept and clean. Very spacious so it accommodated all of us nicely.
The host Alma responded to us quickly and was very friendly and attentive.
We will definitely consider staying there again.

You just can’t beat the Oceanview and ACCESS to the beach. The rooms were all comfortable and a beautiful kitchen. it could use some condiments like salt and pepper, and also washcloth in the bathroom, but otherwise it was lovely

Overall, my family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay; the condo checked all of our boxes for location, comfort and safety.
The condo is about 10-15 minutes away from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and is located on a major street.
Finding the entrance to the building parking lot was a little challenging. Security was helpful with locating the keys for the unit and explaining where to use the key fob. Security was always present and was very helpful.
A parking spot is included with the rental and is not far from the elevator. Shopping carts were available to make moving your luggage easier.
The condo was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was great. The rooms were spacious and well stocked with towels and bedding. Beach chairs and toys, and games were provided. The bedrooms face a main street and can be noisy during the night so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. The balcony is a good size and faces the ocean. The condo is spacious and my family of 4 did not bump into each other at any time.
The pool is a short distance away from the main entrance, was very clean, had enough chairs and a guard until the early evening.
The location is excellent! Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, a casino, a clinic, fast food restaurants, souvenir shops, a supermarket, and gas stations are all within walking distance (bring your own reusable bags or be prepared to buy bags).
The neighborhood did experience a power outage for about an hour.

Our stay was great! The apartment is located in the heart of isla verde with accessibility to all major highways. The AC in this place was great especially after coming in from the puertorican humidity. Little loud at night because a 24hr pizza place is across the street. However, great location and plenty of great restaurants in the area. Thank you the host. Would definitely stay here again!

The rental is spacious and the views amazing. Checkin was smooth and condo was well equipped. Small attention to details can make this an exceptional rental. The cleanliness was a bit lacking the doors had fingerprints and dried on splatter stains and bathroom tiles were filthy. They left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guest for 5 days. The remote to the garage didn’t work so security gave us a hard time and were rude. I tried calling the first day didn’t get an Answer but didn’t pursue further as I was on vacation and on the go.

Kitchen was clean with adequate dishes, glasses etc. A suggestion for the owner, to have at least a welcome package that would include coffee and filter for the first morning would be a nice touch since there aren't any grocery stores close by... Beds were comfortable, and clean, though the linens could use some updates. Window treatments in bedrooms didn't work, i.e., you couldn't raise the shades. Windows themselves were very dirty. AND HERE'S THE "BUT"... NOISE LEVELS FROM THE STREET WERE BEYOND LOUD!! ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. Car engines racing (??) down the street sounded like they were right outside the window (and this unit, 903, is on the ninth floor) non-stop noise and decibels that should be restricted after 11pm. I resorted to sleeping on the couch for the 4 nights I stayed in order to get some sleep. I know this is out of the owner's control, but anyone that needs relative quiet to fall asleep, should consider this review. Ear plugs would be a waste of your money. Water pressure in both bathroom showers was minimal. All in all, my friends and I (there were 3 in our party) really enjoyed San Juan and her people. GREAT restaurants, wonderful history, fantastic beach and glorious weather and decided that we would definitely return. Would love to come back to this property but the street-noise levels are just intolerable.

This property has plenty of room, is clean and nicely furnished and has stunning beach views and access. We enjoyed the beach, pool and local bars and restaurants. Each room has its own TV. The other reviews noting the loud street noise (cars blasting music and revving their engines) are accurate, especially over the weekend. Bring your ear plugs and white noise apps. There are two grocery stores nearby, a couple of pharmacies and plenty of places to eat and drink. We never waited more than a few minutes for Uber. Security is tight for the property. Right now the building is undergoing some construction and it was noisy during the weekday hours. If we ever go back to San Juan we would stay here again.

The view from this condo is so beautiful, the space is wonderful, and we had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. The location is perfect...right on the beach and in walking distance to anything you might need. The owners were incredibly helpful and there is such a variety of things to do in San Juan...explore the rainforest, visit Old San Juan, eat delicious food, enjoy the nightlife...we had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

Family vacation.
Condo is very spacious and the view is incredible. Kitchen is updated furniture is comfy. The building is old but everything is kept nice. Bedrooms all face street and it can be pretty loud at night. Between cars and the bar across street. Our main reason for coming was to enjoy Long Beach days and it was perfect for that.

Amazing stay!
I have stayed in this property twice and it is amazing. We had everything we needed and the view is like no other. Alma was great answering all of our questions. Yes, it can be loud at night but it is expected due to its prime location. Close to restaurants, airport, grocery stores...I'll stay here again anyday.

Thanks to previous reviews, we had ear plugs which helped us sleep-highly recommend. The host was very responsive in clearing a clogged shower drain, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a roomy condo with plenty of room for the three of us to spread out. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and of course, the beach. Air conditioning works fine, but was not needed every evening. Wi-Fi was very strong and the large TV and couch gave us plenty of room.

We traveled with our adult kids and their girlfriends. The unit was perfect for us. Location is great lots within walking distance. Lite sleepers should bring earplugs lots of noise from the street. The property is great and communication with the host was excellent. Already planing our return trip.

Only major issue we had was having to wash up the counter tops for the bugs that seemed to have been swarming , however it was definitely a must see location and or decorative moment of enjoyment

This was a great location for our family of six (our kids range in age from 16 to 22). Plenty of room in the apartment to spread out. From the balcony, you have a great view of the beach and can usually feel a nice Caribbean breeze. Walking distance from several great restaurants as well as a grocery store. The security guards (all 3) were rude and hassling us every time we came into the building. They even told us our 1 year old needed a mask on. The water press in the shower is terrible. The washer did not work. The WiFi did not connect and when it did it didn’t last long. This place also advertised that it had a pool but we were denied access by another rude security guard. The beach chairs are rusty and no worth using. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Great walkability to shops & restaurants. Busy streetwise but AC units at night blocked out most of the noise. Beachfront excellent & certainly a secure building very well maintained. Garage was confusing first time parking but great after that. Friends parking street side had a hard time during weekend finding a spot. Up on 9th floor with ocean view was super especially in morning & again in evening. Elevators worked perfectly & never needed to wait very long. Laundry facility street level was clean & available when needed.
