This is a wonderful house to rent in Watercolor. When I selected it, I picked it for the location, the number of bedrooms and the overall look of the house. I was worried that it was going to all in primary colors like a kindergarten because of the picture of the very open living room/dining room/kitchen. however, when you get there it is not overwhelmingly colorful - it is very tasteful, with lots of white and pops of color. So do not let the photo dissuade you. The house is very nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is convenient, the 2 frying pans had the non-stick finished very scratched but everything else was well done with lots of cups and dishes etc. The screened in porch is where we ate every night, it is so nice. The bedrooms are 2 up and 3 down which should probably be mentioned in the description for planning purposes. There are 4 full bathrooms which was really nice. The description says 4 cars can park in the driveway but that would not work at all, no one would be able to get out. We had 2 cars that fit well. The tennis center is being re-done and added onto. It COULD be noisy wne done due to all the tennis and pickelball courts - but if you play it is RIGHT across the street which is awesome! Camp Watercolor is a walk away - but not in an obvious place -you have to know where it is and look for it- it is kind of hidden in the neighborhood. It's open to owners early but renters can't get in until 10:30. No one tells U that!

This home was just perfect for our family! we loved the porches and family rooms were large and comfortable! great location across from the tennis center near the cut thru trails to Seaside. Camp Watercolor was a favorite for my grand kids!

Let me start by saying this home wasn’t one that we chose. The one we did was removed from listing and this was the only one left. It’s location was excellent: close to beach club and to the Seaside cut through. The house was good sized and easily accommodated our family. I will also say the pics didn’t do the house justice. It was nicer than the pics made it appear. However, it really needs some TLC and updates. Plus, if you slept downstairs (kitchen and main living area are on second floor) it sounded like a herd of elephants were moving above you anytime people were walking about up there.
