Terrible experience – filthy, broken plumbing, poor hygiene, and zero respect for guests.
Positive:
Convenient location: 5–7 minutes on foot to the beach and the EuroSpar supermarket.
Nice, green surrounding area.
Availability for short stays (3 nights).
Negative:
Total lack of cleanliness: Although the agency claimed the apartment was being cleaned, nobody actually cleaned after the previous guests. In the bathroom of the second room, there was sand left on the walls and in the sink. Beds were dirty with sand and hairs. Walls had old squashed mosquito bloodstains.
Bedding hygiene: Stained pillows covered only with thin disposable pillowcases (same for the mattresses). Bed linen is not included and costs extra.
Disastrous plumbing:
In the main bathroom, the toilet is broken: whenever you flush, half the water spills onto the floor from behind the toilet bowl.
In the second bathroom, there is an unbearable sewage smell.
Water pressure in both showers is practically nonexistent (barely a trickle).
No climate control & mosquito invasion: No air conditioning and not even a single portable fan. It was suffocatingly hot inside, and the area was full of mosquitoes.
Broken appliances & missing essentials: The gas stove could not be used because the electric ignition was broken, and no matches or lighter were provided. Basic essentials were completely missing: no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, and no trash bags in the kitchen.
Check-in experience: We arrived at the agency at 13:00 during a severe rainstorm with 3 adults and 2 children. They promised to call as soon as the cleaning was finished. After waiting in a pizzeria and then sitting in the car until 15:10, we called them ourselves—only to be told it had been ready "for a long time" without anyone bothering to notify us.
General condition: Old building and degraded furniture that haven't been renovated or properly maintained in over 10 years.
Verdict:
We definitely will NOT return and do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Unpleasant. Very unpleasant
There was nothing me and my family liked.
Extremely disappointed with this accommodation in Bibione. The rooms were filthy, with dust everywhere, everything you touch is sticky, bugs on the ceiling and dirty bathrooms (there were stains left on the toilet and also some fluff on the bidet). I even found some strands of hair on the shower head. Mold on the supplies. There were no basic amenities provided-not even toilet paper or soap upon arrival. The fridge also doesn’t work. You have to pay if you want towels and bed sheets.
On top of that, there was a terrible, persistent smell in the room, like mold and dampness, it’s a very weird smell that makes me think the rooms aren’t even ventilated, because the smell didn’t go away even after airing it out. The price was ridiculously high for what was offered. Definitely not worth the money.
This was a really unpleasant experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Catastrophic
The only thing that my family and my self did like was the location.
The photos they have in booking need to be updated because the property is in very poor condition. I understand that it doesn't have AC but they don't have fans available either and it's terribly hot, especially for children. If in another apartment they use the shower at the same time, the water stops, the screen of a window does not work, the kitchen sink is detaching from the wall, the stove does not work well because it has broken ignition buttons and the beds are a single disaster and all the sprints are felt. The agency (Sabina) that is in charge of the property has a terrible service, apart from the fact that they paid almost a thousand euros to be able to change you to another property with better conditions, they want €300 more and when you write to them they never respond. I will definitely come back to Bibione but NOT to this property or to the Sabina agency.
