About this house rental
Nestled in Glenwood Springs, this charming house for $190 per night is a great option for your next break. The Roaring Fork River is a short walk away and local bike paths close by. Riverdale is located in a quiet place to relax and close to all Glenwood Springs has to offer. For those who love to cook, we have more than salt n pepper for your spices, a waffle iron, a blender, toaster and a crock pot. Enjoy wifi and a large screen smart tv (Netflix provided but not cable, login to your favorite apps) from an open living room, kitchen and dining room area. Perfect for 4 people. A well behaved pet is welcomed to enjoy the fully enclosed yard, a water bowl and 2 pet beds of their own. Please no smoking in or outside, this is due to past abuse of non smoking policy. (city permit #18-070)

We have now stayed here two years in a row for a trip with our friends, and we loved coming back to the same spot! Cozy, comfortable, clean. Fantastic access to walking trails and easy walk to Sweet Coloradough (donut shop!). They have everything you need, and if you bring your dog, the fenced in yard is a huge plus! I always know next time we come back to Glenwood, we will stay here! Definitely quickly becoming a tradition our family loves.

The house was a great home-away from home. Very clean, nicely stocked kitchen for cookware/utensils etc. and dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again - if we do another Glenwood getaway.

We were down from Denver for a state mountain bike race for our son. The house was all ready to go when we arrived. Excellent location for everything in Glenwood. I was lucky enough to meet the owner and he was a delight! Gave us some great ideas on places to eat. Very clean, comfortable, and all I would need in a kitchen to prepare any meal. The beds were okay...I am spoiled with my adjustable Tempurpedic. Shower was great. The best part for me was the yard (very secure) for my two little dogs. I would happily stay here again! Thanks, Dennis for your hospitality....

There is a binder in the house that is tremendously helpful as far as restaurant recommendations and I even discovered some new places that otherwise would have been overlooked such as the salt caves and Homested Apothecary.

The yard was perfect to play in with the kiddo and the dog, and the house was just what we needed: comfortable and cozy. I rode my bike to town along the river path every day enjoying mountain views, sounds of the river, and crisp fresh air. Pam and Dennis were so gracious and friendly and really made us feel welcome right away. Couldn’t ask for anything more for an idyllic little getaway to beat the heat back home.

The location is super quiet, away from busy streets and turist areas, but still only a few minutes away from restaurants, pool and attractions. Perfect for kids, dogs and families. We would love to come back next year.

The house was cozy and had everything you might need. The king size bed was SO cushy and inviting! Pam was very reliable and a prompt communicator. Check in and check out were a breeze, especially the easy check out. The only point I’d note is that the house is a split level and the downstairs portion is unfinished. Not a problem, but I wasn’t expecting that. Otherwise the listing was bang on!

This place was very cute. 2 bedrooms as described. large fenced yard. Kitchen, dining area and living room was open. For our family (2 adults, 2 children, dog) it was a great place for us to relax after skiing at Aspen (about 50 min drive).

The property was very nice had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. We found ourselves cooking on the outside grill most days. We were very pleased with the fenced in yard for our 5 pound dog. Location was close enough to town but yet private. I would highly recommend this place to others
