This is a wonderful apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historical building. The place is within 1-5 minutes walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The unit is Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and is close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are located over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursion and rent bikes or skies. Staying here you can easily walk to the most popular restaurants, activities and shops Glenwood has to offer! This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO. Amenity Details: Living Room has a T.V. with Xfinity cable. Kitchen-has coffee maker and complimentary coffee, tea and microwave popcorn.. We provide basics you need for cooking such as oils, spices, kitchen appliances and utensils. Kitchen has a dishwasher and dining table that seats 4. Bedroom-Has a queen bed, a television. A queen sized air mattress sleep an additional 2. Bathroom-Has a Bathtub There is free washer and dryer inside the unit. Please be aware there is a flight of stairs one has to access to reach unit.

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend at this listing. Close to everything, safe and secure, and all amenities were as described. Would be glad to stay again!

We stayed one night in late December. I had to text the property manager with some questions about access and wifi, but she was very responsive. We had a holiday gift exchange and it was the perfect place for that. Everything was great except one of the nearby bars was quite noisy late at night, although after it closed it was very quiet. Also, parking can be a bit challenging on a busy afternoon and evening, but there is a parking garage two blocks away if all else fails. Overall it is a very nice place and we had a great stay.

Beautifully furnished apartment, very comfortable for the two of us. Easy walk to the big Hot Spring in town, but we found the Iron Mountain Hot Springs more relaxing. Nordic skiing is free in Carbondale and Aspen.
Re: parking- we found it pretty easy to park overnight on the street.
Re: the bars- even on New Year's eve, they were but distant background noise.
The 25 steps are 25 steps- but once upstairs, it was a great place to relax.

The property was great! The kitchen was very well stocked allowing us to cook comfortably. It was also spacious, easy to get around, and the bed was comfortable. The location was absolutely amazing - adjacent to almost everything you could possibly want to do in Glenwood! Another great aspect is the property owner sends you the instructions, codes, and basically leaves you alone. Not a lot to do for checkout either - very straight forward and painless!
I only have two gripes - the shower head was really not great, and the local pub next door was playing really loud music until about 2am which kept us up. Not the property owners fault, just something worth knowing. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on Christmas Eve with our dogs. The place was very clean and right in the area we wanted to be for walkable restaurants.

This was our second time to to this VRBO. First the good, location to restaurants, shopping and hot springs is fantastic. The bad,…the bed is a full size and very uncomfortable, the shower head stinks, the hot water was cold, so that stunk. The ugly is getting woken up at 6:30 every day for trash removal. We chose to stay here a second time for the location.

We had a great stay in Glenwood with this as our home base. The space was larger than expected, clean, quiet, and had everything needed. Very walkable, and street parking in front of the unit wasn't an issue.

Easy to walk to all locations including restaurants and hot springs. One restaurant had some loud music until pretty late that was easy to hear but obviously not the properties fault and it was only on the weekend. Overall great stay.

So much fun, the location is in the heart of Glenwood which is all "growed" up now and has so much to offer. Food, friends, bikes, hikes and a soak. Forget Aspen (where we used to have a place) and enjoy Glenwood!

Such a cute spot, perfect for 2 people and so close to almost anything in Glenwood Springs. Host/manager was also super responsive (would reply within minutes to messages) and really easy to work with.

The location is great for experiencing Glenwood Springs. We parked the car (check on the parking rules in town) and just walked or biked (rented bikes from a shop right down the street) to all the places we wanted to be. Street level door that locks in addition to the unit door that locks. You will hear the trash/recycling trucks service the alley behind the VRBO in the morning, but we were up already so we could go out to explore the area. Comfy bed and everything was in good working order. Great to have a laundry in the unit. Enjoyed the unique character of this historic building.

We had a fantastic stay… a simple walk across the bridge to get to the Glenwood Springs Pool. Property manager was responsive. Such a fun trip! There is nightlife into the evening on weekends. I do recommend this property.

The location is top notch and we felt so happy and relaxed in this perfect setting. Even our pup was super relaxed!! The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the ambiance was welcoming and homey. Thanks for a great mini vacation in our favorite spot!

We really loved this cute place and wish we stayed longer! It was decorated so cute and was comfortable. The curry place across the street was amazing! There was quite a bit of noise Saturday night from a nearby band but the other night was very quiet. Parking was in street but easy to find. Would love to stay here again.

This apartment is walking distance to everything downtown. Can’t beat the location for that reason. It’s well-stocked, comfortable and clean as well. It’s very noisy though so if you are a light sleeper, be forewarned there is a lot of noise when the bars close at 2 AM as well as early in the morning when the trash dumpsters are emptied. I enjoyed my stay.

If you are looking to be a part of all the activities downtown has to offer, this is a great place to stay. We stayed in mid January and enjoyed walking to all the restaurants, shops, and the short walk across the bridge to the hots springs. Ideal if you are taking the train into town also! You will hear the noise of the city, but that is what I expect staying in the city. Enjoy!

My girlfriend and I booked this unit to spend an overnight before moving on to Aspen. Firstly, the place is perfectly decorated, very clean and tidy, and in an excellent part of town. But what made me want to write this review was the amazing help Debra and her housekeeper provided us with.
Due to some unexpected delays skiing, we were unable to check out at our original time. Debra was immediately available by phone and was extremely accommodating about everything. She even went so far as to help us walk our dog! It was one of the kindest things we’ve experienced in years, and Debra was so friendly throughout. She saved our day, and we’re planning to stay here whenever we’re next in Glenwood Springs!

This place couldn’t have been in a more perfect location. We parked our car in town by the apartment and didn’t have to move it for our two day stay because we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean. This is a great spot for your Glenwood Springs getaway!

We stayed here recently and had a great time. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location was excellent and the property was very accommodating. The only thing I would recommend is a larger bed in the master bedroom. It only has a full size. Other than that, perfect! We will stay here again!

The historical apartment is cozy, spacious clean and perfect. Location could not be better. Parking was not difficult at all . We enjoyed a week in December snug as two bugs surrounded by beautiful scenery, Restaraunt sand shops .A+++

We had a great stay here and felt very much at home. From the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen, we loved this apartment. It is also very conveniently located just right behind grand avenue with many great restaurants and shops.

The location is downtown, so within walking distance of restaurants, bars, retail, etc. It would be ideal if we were the type who like to stay up through the night partying, as this is what we heard until somewhere around 3:00 a.m. There are very popular bars at the corner, and the walls of this unit are paper-thin, (maybe very poorly insulated?), so you literally hear everything outside so clearly, that you feel the noise is in the unit. There's no loud bathroom fan to help drown out the noise. We stayed on a Saturday night, and it was very confusing as to where you can park overnight without receiving a ticket, or being towed. The manager gave us a parking lot location, but it shows no overnight parking, or you will be towed. The unit is very cute, but one kitchen window has no cover over it. We recommend this for anyone looking to stay out and party until bars are shut down.
