Nestled in Glenwood Springs, this lovely condo for $206 per night is a great option for your next trip. Private apartment in the core of Downtown Glenwood Springs. Garden level used only as a vacation rental, lots of windows, two walk out entrances, amazing interior design by Altitude Designs L.L.C. of Glenwood Springs. Fire place, and Chef's kitchen w/ SS appliances, quarts counter tops, patio with gas grill, and full laundry. Walk to both hot springs. 2 blocks from restaurant row, shops and parks. 1/2 block from bus (up valley to Carbondale, Basalt & Aspen. AMTRAK station 3 blocks. Next to Rio Grande bike trail (paved up valley to Aspen), Close to Glenwood Canyon bike trail (paved). Hiking and Rafting near by. County Courthouse 1/2 block. Downtown parking on site. This is a historic downtown property, some noise can be expected. Glenwood City: permit number is 18-128.

Pitkin House has everything we wanted - parking on site, walking distance to town, full kitchen, with a king bed in a quiet neighborhood. Double thumbs up to Bruce K, our host, for supplying an electric kettle upon request. And many thanks to Bruce for sharing the delicious tomatoes and pepper from his garden. Friendly next door neighbors too. We’ll return to Pitkin House again.

The property is well-maintained and conveniently located. A well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice living space make this an ideal location, particularly for access to downtown Glenwood Springs. The parking alone is worth the price of admission since it is a 5 minute walk to town tops and parking downtown can be challenging. The property checks all the boxes. The owner lives upstairs and can assist if there are any issues, although we experienced none. Highly recommended.

Exactly as described and Bruce was awesome to work with. Great location walking distance to restaurant row and bike trails. We've never been to Colorado and Glenwood Springs was a perfect laid back spot! Basement apartment with full kitchen totally remodeled and clean. Outdoor patio with view of mountains in the back amazing! The neighbors were very friendly and helped suggest great places to eat. We hiked biked and sat in the hot springs. Thanks Bruce for having such a great location for our first Colorado adventure!

Bruce was quick to respond to my questions and issues. The place was very clean. It’s in a basement, so be prepared for it be a little dark, but that didn’t bother us personally.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it’s a great location to the downtown area. The hot springs are 5 mins away with tons shopping with places to eat.
The gas fire place was awesome, the kitchen and bathroom are super nice. Great trip!

Very nice property with lovely decor and modern well equipped kitchen. Narrow stairs in front entrance and fewer, wider stairs in back to this garden level apartment. Only downsides were TVs - only streaming services available- and many things like microwave, towel racks, & bathroom sink are mounted quite high. Enjoyed our stay - would recommend.

The Pitkin house was perfect. I could walk & explore the historic downtown area everyday. Short drive to rafting on the Colorado River. It was situated on a quiet tree lined street. It was very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen. I would choose this location again.

My family rented the property for 2 weeks
for Christmas and New Years. We loved it. We love Glenwood Springs, and the location of this apartment was ideal. 2 blocks away from amazing restaurants and the downtown area. 10 minute walk from the hot springs. The apartment was plenty spacious for my family of 5. The property manager was beyond sweet and immediately responded to any question we had. We also had the next door neighbors who helped with any spice we needed to borrow as well as a blender. Everything Was 100%. We will be back!

Great weekend stay!
Lovely and modern. We were able to walk to the restaurants and shops just a couple of blocks away. The bike path is also a only a block away so it's easy to ride out and go as far as Aspen and back. Would love to stay again sometime. Thanks Bruce!
