About this house rental
Nestled in Round Hill Village, this lovely house for $335 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please note: 1) We currently can accommodate up to 10 daytime guests and 8 overnight guests per Douglas County. 2) That the kitchen, bathrooms and furniture have been upgraded since the video was shot 3) AND, please note that the pool closes in the winter. 1500+sq.ft. townhouse with 3 bedrooms + walk-in sleeping loft with a queen bed, 2 baths, indoor hot tub room, attached garage, 2 decks and an electric BBQ, Free clubhouse access to swimming pool, saunas, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, etc..., sleeps 8. Vaulted Ceilings WiFi Private Hot Tub LED Fireplace Ceiling Fans (no air conditioning) Forced Air Central Heat (sorry - no air conditioner) 4 TV's, DVD, VCR, & CD Player Board Games Deck Balcony Washer & Dryer Bedding & Towels provided Free access to Club House Douglas County VHR permit#DSTR1108P Cars/Parking We have a walk-up attached double garage with parking in front of our unit. You can also park a car in front of our garage (careful not to block the driveway for our neighbors. There are also TWO parking spaces across the driveway. Please pick up a Lake Village parking pass and register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and provide security services in the complex. Also, you need to place a Douglas County parking pass in any vehicle parked outside. This pass is stored on the wall by the front door in a brochure holder. Douglas County requires they be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of each permitted vehicle. The parking pass shall have the VHR permit number, license plate number of the vehicle, address of the rental unit, and a phone number for the person responsible for the vehicle. Failure to have the specified information on the parking pass is a violation of this code and may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. Quiet hours in Lake Village are 8pm - 8am.

Place is a mile from the casino's, has a cute clubhouse, and most importantly was as advertised, clean and had everything we could want. Very cozy place we made home for a few days. Would for sure stay again.

Stayed with a group of 7 and we had a great time. Only 10 minute drive to California Lodge parking lot at Heavenly. Less than 5 minutes to numerous restaurants, shops and casinos. Parking was easy and the garage provided great area for storing gear at the end of the day. Very clean and more spacious that I expected. Recommended!

This rental was a great fit for our group. Even though we had events to attend (our son’s wedding), we still had time to take advantage of what the rental had to offer: hot tub, deck, electric fireplace, electric grill, games, pool, playground, pickleball courts as well as hiking, dining & shopping in the South Tahoe / Stateline area. There is a very well stocked kitchen with enough dishes & glasses that we only had to run the dishwasher when it was full. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was clean and neat. So much to do that we didn’t even need to turn on any of the TVs!!! We experienced prompt communication with the host during check in and check out – which was all that was needed.

Very spacious and comfortable condo. Would rent again. Comfortable beds. Clean. Beautiful condo complex pool. Close to Nevada beach and Round Hill Pines beach. Someone came to readjust the cold water intake for the clothes washing machine promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Randy's cabin. It was very clean, larger than we thought with very nice new flooring and furniture in the living room. Loved sitting at the fireplace and play checkers with my kid. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if needed. Clean nice bathrooms with all the supplies. The kitchen had all the essentials, I would just add a couple salad bowls, but overall I was able to find everything I needed.
The cabin is 5 min drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and even closer to the main strip with all the hotels, casinos, and restaurants.
Very easy check-in and check out and excellent prompt communication with the owner.
There were only 4 of us, but the house can accommodate for up to 9 people, very spacious.
My family was happy to stay at this Tahoe cabin, thanks for having us!

We came here for a Bachelorette Party that was almost two years in the making (thanks Covid!). Then just as we thought we were in the clear, the Condor Fire broke out in Tahoe two days before our stay! But Randy was super flexible and gave us the option to reschedule if we needed to, etc. We ended up going anyways and had an amazing time! The home was awesome, indoor hot tub was PERFECT and Randy was super responsive! Will definitely come back next time I am in Tahoe.

Issues with some appliances not working correctly.Lost one bedroom after we had all ready paid for condo.Listed as 4 bedroom but was strictly 3.Some carpets badly stained, as was the bedding. Its more of a place for the younger party crowds.

Location of this property was perfect. Home owner was helpful with letting us check in early. Plenty of space and beds but the housekeeping was poor. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, vomit on master bathroom door, stain on master bed comforter, and broken window blind in living room.

This was a great place and a great location to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday with family and a few of his friends! Clean condo in a great location!
We were so pleased with the location and cleanliness of the condo. You can see the casinos and downtown South Lake Tahoe from the deck. Everyday we had a short, easy drive to beaches like Nevada Beach, Zephyr Cove, Round Hill and Sand Harbor. We only had one question about an appliance our whole stay and Randy texted us back right away with an answer. We would definitely stay here again!!

spacious, well-equipped house
This is a great property in a stellar location. There is a ton of room and comfy beds. The kitchen has everything imaginable minus an ice maker in the refrigerator. Lots of room to unpack clothes. Smart TV's have every channel imaginable. The property is not super modern so if this is your thing it might deter you, but you would be missing out on all it has to offer. I would stay here again in a heart beat. The only reason I gave check in three stars is that the office where you go to register your vehicle during covid closes at four, the same time as checkin. Also our lock code did not work initially-but Randy had this fixed within minutes.
