This "talk-story" room has comfortable couches on a beautiful hardwood floor and is the perfect place for planning what beach or restaurant to go to next! This talk-story room opens into the media room, outdoor lanai, downstairs bedrooms, the dining room and a beautiful kitchen. Kitchen -Our full equipped kitchen has all of the amenities needed to prepare a delicious meal with all the tasty local fruits, veggies, fish and meats you found at the farmers market! Media Room -The media room boasts a 70" Samsung HD TV with a sound bar , and comfortable couches. Carpeted flooring is perfect for lounging and playing games. Screened Lanai (Porch) -The screened in back lanai is great for outdoor eating, reading a book, practicing yoga and lounging without any chance of mosquitos. Backyard, BBQ and Putting Green -Our lush backyard also has outdoor seating, a BBQ, botanical garden and a 2-hole putting green to practice your golfing.
